A new species of Monogenea - Trinibaculum pinctiarum n. sp. is described from the gills of Astyanax fasciatus known as "lambari do rabo vermelho", sampled in the Paranapanema River, Jurumirim reservoir, São Paulo State, Brazil. The new species is allocated to the genus Trinibaculum because it has a double ventral bar and dextro-lateral vagina. It is the second species (first species is Trinibaculum altiparanae) belonging to this genus that parasitizes the gills of the fish genus Astyanax. This monogenean is similar to T. altiparanae regarding the haptor structures and the bulbous distal vagina. Parasites are important components of global biodiversity and among them, the Monogenoidea stands out, as parasites of fishes, commonly affecting the gills of their hosts. The aim of the present study was to analyze the presence of species of Urocleidoides parasitizing characiform fishes from the Tocantins River. During the study, specimens of Psectrogaster amazonica Eigenmann & Eigenmann and Caenotropus labyrinthicus (Kner) were collected from the urban zone of the municipality of Imperatriz, state of Maranhão. Myrcianthes ferreyrae (McVaugh) McVaugh, "arrayan" is an endemic and threatened tree of the “lomas” formations of south Peru. We evaluated their conservation status between March 2011 to August 2012; for which, all individuals were counted in its distributional range known (Atiquipa, Taymara and Chala Viejo hills in the Province of Caraveli, Arequipa). We established 9 plots of 0.25 hectares, three in each locality; in each plot we obtained data of all trees greater than 10 cm basal diameter, plus mortality parameters, its natural regeneration and presence of disturbances. Myrcianthes ferreyrae has a population of 586 individuals, its diameter distribution shows a bell form, the most common category mortality was logging; the natural regeneration was 33.12%, all belonging to the Atiquipa hills. Based on an analysis between the notions of democracy and the constitutional state, this study addresses the complex relationships between the fundamental right to freedom of education and terrorism. It is an axis of all public policy to combat terrorism within the framework of the rule of law and in that purpose, the State implements state restrictions on non-readmission for teachers sentenced for terrorism. However, it is necessary to elucidate these questions as to whether they are expressions of a culture of suspicion, or whether in their case they are measures for a legitimate defense of the same State.

Based on the review of the judicial reasoning on the “Diarios Chicha” case, both in the conviction and in the acquittal of former president Alberto Fujimori, the relevance of the context of the State of exception is analyzed, in which they were developed facts of an authoritarian state. It is postulated that the lack of an analysis and assessment of the context of discovery and of the conceptual elements on the State of exception, facilitated the acquittal of the former president of the use of public treasury money for the purchase of editorial lines of the written press in his eagerness for a second reelection.

Studies on the scientific background of Health Psychology are discussed, including the conceptual definition, as well as the bio-psycho-social model that characterizes it. The relation between health and behavior is described in order to have a better understanding of health and illness, as well as about the pathogenic and immunology issues related to behavior. The main contributions of Health Psychology to improve life quality and health are described. Moreover, medical psychology, psychosocial coping of illness, as well as intervention strategies, are discussed. The project consists of the creation of a digital fanzine that publicizes the current Lima indie musical scene, compiles information about the places and environments in which this scene takes place, illustrates the behavior of the actors involved and identifies the key moments in its development. The project is based on the idea of generating a means of communication to obtain a record of the Lima indie scene. With the emergence of new movements and forms of musical expression, it is important to document and publicize this emerging scene. To do this, a fanzine is used that brings together photography and design, and that will function as a means to show the current state of the Lima indie scene. The purpose of this project is to generate sensations, transmit emotions and show the essence of this musical genre through images.

This paper begins by describing the situation and problems that afflicted the Mexican prison system during the 1960s. According to the author, the critical state of Mexican prisons led to the establishment of a new system for the treatment of inmates. Thus, a penitentiary system was implemented that focused mainly on the resocialization of the inmate, as well as the promotion of his or her social reintegration. To this end, it sought to reverse the situation by reforming the prison regime, restructuring the penitentiary center, offering medical care, especially psychiatric and psychological care, establishing different work areas, and emphasizing the education of inmates. The UN Charter law governing self-defense is inadequate to address emerging modalities of armed violence caused by non-State actors located in the territory of non-consenting third States. This paper offers an alternative grounded in the state of necessity as a circumstance excluding wrongfulness as per the law of State responsibility. The contention is that in integrating the rationale behind necessity as an excuse for non-performance of obligations and the conditions and processes under article 51 of the UN Charter, the law allows for an exercise of extraterritorial self-defense against non-State actors which safeguards the territorial State’s sovereignty and the need for a legal alternative of defense for the defending State without toeing the line of aggression.

This article addresses the use of state policy as an element that is part of the configuration of international crimes. To this end, the author analyses how international tribunals have understood the adoption of State policies in the commission of such crimes under international criminal law. The author also examines the concept of genocide and its link to the existence of a State plan or policy for its configuration; as well as the implications of adopting a broad concept of "State policies" that includes non-State actors in its approach, the figure of "the joint criminal enterprise" and the concept of gravity in these crimes with the aim of providing that the relevance of the plan or policy of State is reviewed in the configuration of international crimes.
