The present research deals with the design and implementation of an occupational health and safety plan for the Central Térmica de Emergencia, 60 MW APR ENERGY, branch of Peru, during 2016. Where is described the methodology for proposing a design and implementation of an occupational health and safety plan, based on the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard at the Central Térmica de Emergencia Trujillo, in order to comply with the safety standards for workers, protected by Peruvian laws and regulations to minimize risks and reduce the accident rate. The oceans provide us vital resources; however, in their current state are collapsing. Species are going quickly on their way to extinction, and marine habitats are being destroyed. For this reason, Marine Protected Areas (MPA) started as an alternative to avoid the overexploitation of marine resources to get sustainable use. Peru was not exempt from this trend; in 1975, the fi rst Protected Natural Area (NPA) included a coastal marine ecosystem. Subsequently, the situation changed positively with the creation of The National Reserve System of Island, Islets, and Punta Guaneras in 2009 and the National Reserve San Fernando in 2011. This paper analyzes the strict liability system surviving in customs infringement procedures, the grounds for its existence or survival and its consequences. Also, the arguments against such system of liability attribution are examined. Thus, from such starting point, through a precise enumeration of statutory rebuttable presumptions whose intention can be presumed whenever it is difficult for Tax Authorities to prove such presumptions, I intend to find legal solutions to determine the grounds for its replacement without affecting the rights of the relevant individuals or legal entities when the customs infringements are decided.

The ever-growing importance of foreign investments in international trade has spurred the development of a series of mechanisms to attend to the controversies that may arise during commercial relationships. The authors not only analyze the conflict resolution methods, but also the rights conceded to each individual in the commercial relationship, and the sources from which those rights are born. The authors underline the importance of having a solid and cohesive legal framework before starting any investments in a foreign country, and to that end the Investment Treaties constitute an important structure to reassure the investors that their capital will be protected under every circumstance.

En la actualidad el envejecimiento de la población adulto mayor es un desafío en la sociedad, esta población es altamente vulnerable en el entorno familiar y social. Al ser un adulto mayor significa ser cuidado, respetado, protegido y apoyado por la familia.
