The exponential growth of e-commerce in Peru has generated new problems in the effectiveness of consumer rights and the consequent consumer distrust in e-commerce transactions. Government authorities have repeatedly mentioned that a solution to these problems would be the regulation of electronic consumer’s relationships established at national level. This solution goes on the same page with the tendency of the European Union to regulate digital markets. This article reviewed the use of cryptography and blockchain technologies in the Internet of Things (IoT) for data protection, focusing on decentralized technologies as a secure and efficient solution. The objective was to analyze how the combination of these technologies can enhance the security of IoT devices, ensuring data integrity and privacy. The methodology involved a comprehensive literature review of recent studies on cryptography, blockchain, and their implementation in IoT environments. Various approaches to data decentralization and the implementation of smart contracts in IoT networks were analyzed. This work addresses the identification of blockchain-based technologies for the protection of sensitive data on digital platforms that are now part of our daily lives. It points out the most relevant blockchain technologies that are gaining ground in the technological era in which we find ourselves. The methodology used corresponds to the principles of the PRISMA declaration, using high-demand repositories such as SCOPUS, SCIELO, IEEE XPLORE, MDPI, IIETA, SAGE JOURNAL and IJCSE, finding 25 documents relevant to the study. The Social Security Institute in Mexico has recorded over 400,000 workplace accidents over the past decade. As a result, it has become necessary to design a preventive safety and health program in the laboratories of the Technological University of the Mixteca. This article presents a methodological proposal to address this necessity. Divided into six stages, it shows the following results: 40% suffered a superficial first-degree burn, 60% have hit or crushed their fingers and hands, 30% experienced eye injuries from particles causing irritation and inflammation, 70% have suffered from back and foot pain, 60% have had allergies, 50% have treated minor cuts, and 20% have developed occupational diseases. The study concludes that with technological advances in the workplace, smart equipment capable of eliminating risk should soon replace conventional personal protective equipment (PPE).

This paper describes and proposes different engineering techniques for designing an intelligent system focused on environmental protection, based on stationary and mobile subsystems for monitoring physical variables. The variables selected for monitoring were water level, flow rate, pH, vibration, and surface water temperature, which are transmitted via radio frequency to an external monitoring center and a mobile unit. This system was designed using an optimized analysis of polynomial models to correlate each measured physical variable. Furthermore, this research also integrates the measurement subsystems through wireless data transmission between the sensors and the stationary and mobile receiving centers. Thus, there are tendencies of diversification and precarisation within the area of dependent labor, while outside their historical boundaries other forms of work demand protection that their own regulations are unable to provide. New forms of atypical and non-standard forms of employment arise, such as zero-hours contracts, voucher work, smart work and platform work.
