El presente informe jurídico analiza el Expediente No. E-2765 del proceso arbitral No. 2879-2014-CCL iniciado por Latintecna S.A., una empresa contratista, contra Repsol Exploración Perú S.A. – Sucursal Perú, operador del Lote 57. El caso gira en torno a una controversia en el marco del contrato “EPC Llave en Mano y Puesta en Marcha para el Proyecto Kinteroni”. Latintecna presenta una demanda arbitral solicitando se le reconozca una prórroga al plazo contractual y el pago de costos adicionales. Por su parte, Repsol presenta una demanda reconvencional contra Latintecna y solicita se incorpore al arbitraje a la empresa Tecna Estudios y Proyectos Ingeniería S.A. (empresa matriz de Latintecna).
