Currently, due to various cases of corruption, various academic and non-academic spaces have focused on evaluating and understanding how public works contracting processes aredeveloped.Due to the discoveries of journalistic studies, in several countries, especially in the region, cases of corruption have been found in officials of all levels. Given this situation, an ethical evaluationis relevant and important.The present study seeks to understand, from a management and top management perspective, from sociology and neuroscience, the reason for the inappropriate behavior of the aforementioned public officials. This in a frame of affirmation that indicates that, if we do not take care of evaluating ethical and humanistic aspects, we will not be able to have a sustainable development in public and privatespaces.

Based on the concepts of decision support system (DSS), a framework is presented for IT portfolio selection, which could be adaptable in different degrees to the needs of the different stakeholders of the company. This framework provides a flexible, expandable and interactive DSS to select IT projects for portfolio management A case is showed to demonstrate the practical application of the proposed approach.

In Peru, airport infrastructure has gained importance due to its economic impact and role in regional integration. The growth of commercial air transport has driven the need for constant modernization and maintenance. The need to develop and know methods for metallurgical treatment to process gold-bearing refractory minerals or hard to treat be- cause of carbon contents, tellurium, antimony, arsenic, carbonates and gold in solution solid sulfides, forces us to study the different methods of specific oxidation that should be applied in each mineral before to leach ore to reach high recoveries into precious metals Through Gravimetrically followed by cyanidation is obtained 94.74% of gold extract in the studied mineral.

In current supply chains, the use of AIDC technologies allows the information that flows to be standardized and reliable, as well as obtaining a series of advantages related to saving time and costs. In Cuba, the use of these technologies is not regulated by national laws and most companies do not use them, considering ignorance of their effectiveness as the cause. This article analyzes AIDC technologies: specifically, bar code systems and radio frequency systems, their operation and benefits of their use in supply chains. Based on the existing need, a tool was designed based on a procedure that establishes a guide for the selection of technologies to be implemented in logistics processes. The tool designed is used for Case Studies to know its application and mode of use.

The present article proposes to design a model that provides a generic architecture which acts autonomously in public works contracting selection processes, in order to generate an automated decision criterion in the event of a tie. For the Simplified Tender selection process, in case of a tie, it is proposed to choose the bidder by means of an electronic lottery based on a controlled randomization system of encryption and transformation. For the Public Bidding selection process, in the event of a tie, the bidder is chosen by means of a predicted compliance index according to the behavior of the companies when executing similar infrastructure projects. Formula un procedimiento que reduce el número de estructuras de proceso mediante la implementación sistemática de modificaciones topológicas para maximizar la rentabilidad del proceso. El presente trabajo formula un procedimiento heurístico evolucionario para la selección preliminar de estructuras de proceso competitivas contando con un conjunto inicial de estructuras alternativas. El procedimiento de selección es organizado como un problema de optimización con el objetivo único de maximizar la ganancia. Para aproximarse a la ganancia óptima se realizan modificaciones topológicas a las estructuras de proceso iniciales. Tales modificaciones se basan en el análisis paramétrico de las variables independientes del balance de materiales. Así se obtiene un conjunto final de estructuras de proceso mejoradas.

Cocoa in grain is a tropical fruit considered as a heritage in Ecuador and constitutes 60% of the premium quality in chocolates worldwide, has sensory characteristics unmatched by other producing countries. Manual drying and selection activities contain many occupational hazards, affecting the safety and well-being of the people involved in these tasks, with the ergonomic risk of an intolerable level requiring immediate intervention. This research provides safe automated mechanisms for operations through internationally validated methodologies, without affecting the sensory characteristics.

In this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select.
