This arises because most companies are looking for the cheapest labor they can get and not all these people have the economic capacity to receive a good level of education. In manufacturing companies, it is almost always possible to observe "the law of minimum effort in the operators" which causes operations without added value to arise in the processes, unnecessary delays and all this translates into processes with low efficiency. The research objective was to characterize the seal integrity of vials used for pharmaceutical products as a basis for an operational reliability analysis. The vial/stopper/seal height measuring method, experimental methods and expert evaluations were used. The purpose of the investigation was, to compare the marginal seal of direct restorations, carried out with the sandwich technique, after the removal of decayed tissue by means of papaine gel (Papacarie) and the conventional rotational method. So, 20 recently extracted human premolars were selected, with decay lesions that committed the oclusal and proximal surface. The sample was randomly divided in two groups: Group 1: the removal of decayed dentine was made, by means of the chemo mechanical technique using the gel Papacarie. Group 2: the removal of decayed dentine was made by means of the conventional technique, using rotational instruments. Aim: To compare the sealing capacity of mineral trioxide (MTA®) and tricalcium silicate (Biodentine®) for retrograde filling in single-root permanent teeth. Materials and methods: Thirty-eight permanent single-root teeth with complete apical closure were selected and randomly divided into two experimental groups (n = 15): Group 1: MTA®, and Group 2: Biodentine®, in addition to positive and negative controls. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the apical sealing abilities achieved with the glass ionomer cement Ketac Endo, it was prepared 40 single rooted teeth, using the biomechanical preparation technique "step back ", and then they were filled with Lateral Condensation technique. 20 of them used the Ketac Endo sealer and 20 the Grossman sealer After the process of ink apical leakage, the specimens were cleared up for the observation to Stereo microscope. The results indicated a smaller degree of apical microleakage for Ketac Endo sealer than Grossman sealer.

La presente Tesis tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia del estudio de tiempos en la productividad del proceso de fabricación de la gasa 5 cm x 5 cm en la empresa Textil los Rosales. El método que se ha realizado es un estudio de diseño pre experimental, porque se va a realizar un seguimiento constante en el proceso, con la finalidad de aumentar la productividad y establecer una mejora continua. Con la propuesta de mejora se logró la implementación del tiempo estándar en todos los procesos de fabricación obteniendo como resultado una mejora de los tiempos en los siguientes procesos: Doblado de un 24,25 min a un 21,18 min, Crepado de un 44,65 min a un 12,42 min, Ensobrado y sellado de un 38,35 min a un 12,99 min.
