This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. To measure such impact, the non-experimental scientific method, descriptive level, was used; likewise, the survey technique, whose instrument is the questionnaire, which was applied to the population of the ordinary teaching staff of the institution. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the absence of the institute from the extrusion in the Peruvian criminal procedure system and the unjust prosecution of the Huanuco Judicial District, 2012-2014. The type of research in the present study was observational. In the study the correlational and analytical design was applied. El objetivo de este estudio comprendió: “Determinar si resultaría eficiente aplicar la prueba trasladada en el proceso penal peruano”. El estudio empleó un tipo descriptivo. Se siguió un diseño no experimental, en particular caracterizado como descriptivo-transversal. El Recurso de Nulidad N° 515-2016-Lima, emitido por la Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la República del Perú, delimito a la población. La muestra, compuesta por 30 abogados, entre los que había magistrados y litigantes, se seleccionó deliberadamente y no de forma aleatoria. La recopilación de datos se efectuó mediante de una encuesta, empleando el cuestionario como principal herramienta para recopilar información. Los resultados de este estudio sugieren que aplicar la prueba trasladada e integrarla al proceso penal peruano resultaría eficaz.

The present paper tries to measure the journalist's initiative, where it's considered to express himself more freely, in order to accomplish two goals: on one hand, update data about his consideration, status and professional self esteem; on the other hand, discover new challenges he presently confronts, consequence of recent organization schemes inside newsrooms. With this in mind, it's suggested that initiative of that particular professional profile should express more spontaneously within newsrooms, side by side with other professional profiles, where it should acquire more entity and character. Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOX) are based on the in situ generation of hydroxyradicals (·OH), which have a high oxidation potential. In the case of Fenton processes !he generation of hydroxy radicals takes place by the combination of an oxidation agent (H202) with a catalyst (Fe(II)). These radicals are not selective and they react very fast with the organic matter,being able to oxidize a high variety of organic compounds. This property allows the degradation of pollutants into more biodegradable compounds, and,in some cases, their complete mineralization into C02 and mineral acids. Under optimal conditions, (pH=3, (Fe 2+] = 200 mg/L, [H2O2] = 3612 mg/L) the Fenton processes are able to reduce !he concentration of the organic matter present in the textile effiuent, up lo 97%.

The bacteria more resistant esporulada to 1he heat is Clostridium botulinum and it is considered lndicative microorganísm of the sterellization. Another parameter of very important control is the quality of the matter it prevails that it can resist the operations of thermal prcsecution, the classification is made in function to the hat size, weight, color and it forms.
