El presente proyecto de innovación buscar mejorar el acceso a la atención integral de salud de las personas adultas mayores (PAM) en las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPRESS) de primer nivel de Lima Norte mediante la Valoración Clínica del Adulto Mayor (VACAM) que permite diagnosticar el estado de salud de los adultos mayores. Por ello, para lograr el acceso de los adultos mayores a una atención médica apropiada acorde a sus necesidades, se identificó que las causas relacionadas al macroentorno en el que viven, la estructura del sistema de salud, la ubicación de los servicios de salud, las características de la infraestructura de las IPRESS y los recursos humanos que brindan los servicios de atención. This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The sample was comprised of 111 students in 2nd and 3rd grade primary school (56 of the control group and 55 of the experimental group) of two state educational institutions of Callao. One investigates in this paper: How can you improve the management of residential waste in the district of San Juan de Miraflores (SJM) concerning the environment, the waste collection and the behavior of the inhabitants? One proposes a program for the management of residential waste in SJM concentrating on the environmentally inadequate handling of waste, the insufficient waste collection service and an irresponsible and not sustainable handling of solid waste. In order to improve these points, the current situation is analyzed with data gained by field work and other sources. One suggests to separate and recycle the garbage, to improve the route, the factors “employees” and “human” for a better service of waste collection and the creation of a social consciousness to assure a responsible and sustainable handling of the domestic waste.

The author presents a proposal of education by specific competitions in Law within the project Tuning Latin America, to do so, with the restricted existing sources of intelligence, develops the history of the process and presents in addition some considerations to us on the formation by competitions and the formative project, or program of Colombian Constitutional Law, in which includes four of the European Tuning competitions for the development of the formative route of any legal subject.

El estudio sostiene por objetivo Determinar cómo el programa ruta exportadora se relaciona con el desempeño exportador de productores de uva en la ciudad de Ica, periodo 2019-2022. La metodología es aplicada de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y longitudinal y de modelo no experimental; en una población constituirá por conformado por 377 predios productores de uva en la ciudad de Ica, periodo 2019-2022; cuyo muestreo fue 191 predios productores de uva en la ciudad de Ica, periodo 2019-2022, aplicándose el cuestionario como instrumento. Como resultado un coeficiente de Pearson de 0.591, siendo un indicador de una correlación moderada. The objective was to evaluate the effect of the application of the GeoGebra software on the problem-solving skills of two-dimensional geometric figures in a sample of 53 university students distributed in two groups (control -experimental) evaluated in two moments: before and after the intervention. . Parametric tests were used to compare independent and related pairs and nonparametric tests were used to compare between classification levels. The results showed that the post-test experimental group was the one that presented the best performance, demonstrating that the use of GeoGebra software improved the solving skills of this type of mathematical problems, promoting collaborative work, social-student integration and improvement of the classroom climate. It is recommended to extend the use of this tool with other applications that help the teaching-learning process.

In spite of the fact that annual social investment in Peru has risen to an average of US$ 1.000 million, the limited efficacy of social programs in Peru generates an annual cost of approximately US$ 90 million plus the exclusion of at least 3,5 million children. To deal with this, this paper proposes the creation of a Social Inclusion Fund (FIS, for its initials in Spanish) based on the fusion of 49 social programs that annually spend S/. 2,52 billion from the budget.The FIS would benefit those who live in extreme poverty and its interventions would be defined according to social gaps analysis. Once these gaps are identified, they would provide an input into preparing –with civil society participation– a «road map» that facilitates the accomplishment of well-defined targets by 2011. This article describes and analyses the present conditions of the application of the Public Work Tax Deduction (PWTD) mechanism, identifying six main obstacles that difficult on a appreciable way his concrete implementation or the rate of it.For this purpose, this study has identify and analyze the 30 main highlights that conform the critical path of PWTD process, determining the actual times for his performance and comparing them with the legal times established on the PWTD actual law, and so with the optimal times reasonably according with the experience on the public management of similar work projects.

This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.
