El proceso penal peruano cobra vida en el praxis jurídica, a partir de la actividad de los sujetos procesales dentro de las distintas etapas del proceso común, y, si bien es cierto la norma procesal penal, señala que el juicio oral o juzgamiento es la etapa principal del procesamiento penal, no es menos cierto, que cada etapa o fase del proceso tiene su propia importancia dada su finalidad dentro del proceso, así pues dentro de la investigación preparatoria, la sub fase desformalizada: diligencias preliminares, permite el recojo de indicios para luego ir perfilando un caso fuerte hasta el logro de una sanción, si así fuere el caso. El presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó bajo la técnica de tipo documental en la modalidad de investigación no aplicada utilizando instrumentos como ficheros y registro de páginas web; tuvo como objetivo principal describir cómo el uso de material manipulativo favorece la resolución de problemas matemáticos en niños de 5 años con déficit de atención. Con este estudio se concluye que la investigación cumplió la función de recopilar información especializada sobre cómo este material favorece la resolución de problemas lo que generó la búsqueda y organización de la misma; además se identificó soportes teóricos y/o estrategias para trabajar la resolución de problemas que aporta en estos niños nuevos hábitos de tareas.

In this project, a differentiation is made between people through different parameters such as age, sex, educational level, among others, to try to calculate how much their salary could rise. This problem is important to solve because then a person could predict her future income through the decisions she would make in the present, such as how much education she should receive and when to start working to gain experience. Our procedure to solve this problem has been two statistical analyses, the first linear regression and a decision tree to be able to make a comparison between them, we have tested them using tools such as Colab (Python) and a dataset. Our population for our work was 32,000 records (rows). The results were that through the decision tree there was a precision of 0.88 and an accuracy of 0.82. This study was undertaken to expand the current knowledge of the morphology and morphometry of rostellar hooks of protoscoleces from the metacestode E. granulosus. Protoscoleces were isolated from livers and lungs of naturally infected ovines and bovines obtained from abattoirs in Peruvian provinces (Arequipa, Cuzco, Puno, Huancavelica and Junin). Brightfield microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, differential interference contrast and variable pressure scanning electron microscopy were used. Morphometry was made using computer image analysis. The application of these assay indicated that the large hooks frequently had thin guards and an irregular surface between the guard and handle. Data also showed that the small hooks presented rounded and stout guards. The blade did not show any relevant feature. A pesar que en la actualidad se está tratando de realizar tratamientos dentales muy conservadores aún siguen siendo las extracciones dentarias los tratamientos más comunes, es por eso que no podemos estar ajenos a algún tipo de accidente y/o complicación que se presente durante el procedimiento de retiro de alguna pieza dentaria de la cavidad bucal o post operatorio; por lo que mencionamos algunas técnicas quirúrgicas a seguir y sus pasos, uso de medicamentos post operatorios entre otras alternativas para resolver los inconvenientes que puedan presentarse durante o después de realizar alguna exodoncia dental.

Las fisura labio-alveolo-palatina son las anomalías congénitas más frecuentes, por lo que el ortodoncista debe conocer el manejo transversal en estos pacientes, su omisión puede hacer que se agrave la fisura, porque los efectos biomecánicos en estos pacientes merecen especial cuidado debido a su estructura maxilar. La serie de casos incluye tres pacientes, uno con secuela de fisura labio-alveolo-palatina unilateral derecho, el otro bilateral y el último unilateral izquierdo. La constricción transversal maxilar y la discrepancia en relación con el ancho mandibular, llevó a la elección del uso del quadhelix para resolver este problema. As cleft lip and palate is one of the most frequent congenital anomalies, orthodontists should know about transverse management in these patients, to ignore it might aggravate the fissure, as the biomechanical effects in these patients require special care due to their maxillary structure. This case series include three patients, one with a sequel of right unilateral cleft lip and palate, one bilateral and the last one with left unilateral cleft lip and palate. Su periodo de emisión fue del 8 de diciembre de 2022 al 14 de enero de 2023.
