Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. The emerging international system in the twenty-first century is characterised by a new phase of globalization in which, largely due to the explosion of information and communication technologies, the role and activity of a variety of actors –outside and within states– has been significantly strengthened. While the states remain as the main actors of the world system, the current configuration of the international order no longer responds to the Westphalian state-centric paradigm that shaped international relations until the end of the twentieth century. In this new scenario, the role of subnational actors is increasingly active, which opens a window of opportunity for developing nations to improve their competitive and cooperative insertion in the international system at both regional and global levels.

The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).

This article addresses the relationship between the Process and the Constitution. For this purpose, it is explained what is the object of study of the Procedural Law, and which is the litigation model adopted in article 139 of the Peruvian Constitution, why this model is about a system with its own autonomy and substantivity and not about a subsystem, and how Civil Law and Common Law converging in this model. Furthermore, the author establishes, based on the Constitution, the reason why the existing procedural guarantees in our legal system do not imply a “right to a right decision”, but only the right to a fair process, and explains the difference between “fair process” and “justice” or “judicial truth”.

Background: Mechanical reasoning (MR) is the ability to identify the components of a system and understand how they interact in order for the system to work. Different mechanical systems, such as those of wheels and gears, require different types of reasoning. Objective: This study seeks to analyze the relationship that working memory (WM) and processing speed (PS) have with MR. Method: One hundred seventy-three (173) university students were assessed through the DAT test which consisted of 30 MR problems, the symbol search subtest of the WAIS-III battery for assessing the PS, and the BIMET-V and BIMET-VE batteries to evaluate the WM verbal and visuospatial components. One characteristic that best defines today's society is the production of waste, this being higher in so-called "developed" countries. Virtually no human activity that does not generate any waste also exist a direct relationship between the standard of living of a society or country and the amount of waste generated. Approximately 23% of the world population lives in developed countries consume 78% of resources and produces 82% of the waste [Black and Malate, 1996]. Furthermore, the volume of waste grows exponentially with the level of industrialization of a country. There are currently about five million registered substances known of which approximately 70,000 are widely used throughout the world, estimated at about 1,000 new chemicals each year are added to the list.
