In recent years, our country has been reporting the presence and increase of multidrug resistant strains of Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica serotype Infantis (Salmonella Infantis) in chickens. This serotype is reported within the three most important serovars after Enteritidis and Typhimurium in the country's poultry industry. Concerning public health, resistance to antibiotics currently represents a considerable threat due to their inappropriate use. El presente trabajo académico fue realizado con el objetivo de describir la adicción a las redes sociales en adolescentes. Estuvo basada en una metodología de tipo básico, enfoque cualitativo, diseño de revisión bibliográfica, método inductivo y análisis documental. La búsqueda fue realizada en base de datos como PubMed, Science Direct, PRoQuest, MDPI, Springer Link, Scielo, Dialnet y Redalyc, considerando como criterios de elegibilidad a artículos en inglés, cuyo rango de publicación fue entre el 2020 al 2024, según el cual se encontró a 134 artículos, de los cuales, 29 fueron seleccionados para el análisis respectivo. This systematic review examines protective factors against suicidal ideation in Spanish-speaking adolescents. Its objective was to identify key protective variables through a systematic review of 11 empirical studies published between 2020 and 2024, retrieved from Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, ERIC, SciELO, and Redalyc, and meeting criteria for adolescent populations, full-text access, and article format. The analysis of published literature revealed five recurrent protectors: family support, emotional intelligence, resilience, self‑esteem, and morning school shifts. These findings suggest that interventions should strengthen family networks, cultivate emotional skills, and consider school schedule adaptations to reduce suicidal vulnerability. The creation of culturally adapted, longitudinal preventive programs is recommended to evaluate their effectiveness.

Symptoms seem to be constitutive parts of a complex clinical problem, rather than the expressions of a disease, as traditionally considered. Network analysis has proved to be useful to identify correlations amongst them. This study addresses associations regarding regulation strategies and depressive and anxious symptoms, as well as emotion regulation strategies’ risk and protective ability, in a sample of 1103 adults from Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires aged between 18 and 65 (M= 31.96; SD= 10.32). Results showed that CR and ES might be differentially associated with anxiety and depression symptoms, yet both exhibited negative bridge expected influence across the networks, suggesting a protective role. These findings have several implications for treatments.

Específicamente, se esperaba identificar si hay diferencias en cuanto a las variables sociodemográficas de sexo, edad (Millenials y Generación Z) y tipo de cuenta en Instagram (Pública o Privada). La muestra estuvo conformada por 132 estudiantes de 18 a 33 años (M=22.67; DE=2.68) en su mayoría mujeres (76.4%). OBJETIVO: Determinar la correlación que existe entre las redes sociales y la Depresión e ideas suicidas en adolescentes de 3, 4 y 5 año de secundaria de La institución educativa N°1277 Divino Salvador en Enero 2019. Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el uso de internet y riesgos sexuales, en estudiantes del 5to de secundaria de la I.E. Señor de los Milagros. Metodología: Investigación aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, observacional, prospectivo y transversal. Tuvo una muestra de 93 estudiantes. Se utilizó para el análisis la prueba estadística de Chi2. Resultados: Se obtuvo como resultado que el principal dispositivo de conexión a internet de los estudiantes es el celular con el 91,4%, seguido de la computadora en casa (35,5%). Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the mental health of the population worldwide. Therefore, the present aims to identify the methodological characteristics of the relationship between social support and mental health, analyzing the empirical evidence in research on adults during COVID-19. Psychological distress (PD) involves a deficit in emotional capacities. Social support (SS), structural and functional, is a protective factor for health as it reduces stress and distress. Previous literature indicates that both variables are related and vary throughout adulthood. Based on a cross-sectional study (n=5388; 53.7% women; age: 18-98, M=43.15; SD=17.38), we aimed to analyze whether age is a moderating factor in the relationship between SS and PD in adulthood. A deficit in SS is related to PD, and age moderates between them. The relationship between PD and structural SS is more potent in older adults, while instrumental and informational SS is more robust in younger adults. Affective SS is the best predictor of PD regardless of age.

Los valores de ruido registrados en el lugar de estudio superan las normas ambientales establecidas para el ruido en zonas de uso residencial. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study used secondary data from the Sistema de Información Gerencial de Tuberculosis (SIGTB). A census sampling approach was employed, incorporating records from 2019 to 2022. Absolute and relative frequencies were calculated, and Chi-square (χ²) tests were used for comparisons.
