This research was developed to investigate how literary discourse rightly contributes to the knowledge of reality and allows the readers to develop their ideas about the context surrounding them or the production of artistic texts. It established the confi guration of culture and interculturality, the artistic contributions of the poetry of the Generation of 50 in the process of Peruvian reality from the perspective of literature through a critical and refl exive reading of theoretical texts, critical texts (metatexts), and artistic texts (the poetry of the Generation of 50). In this way, we see that literature becomes a means of artistic expression to display the author's intercultural competence and the interpretative capacity of the reader. Keywords: artistic expression – context – poetry – literary discourse

The objective of this study is to optimize the teaching-learning process of the chemistry course at the secondary level in schools in Lambayeque through the use of augmented reality software. This study consisted of applying augmented reality software developed by myself, creating and using cards with augmented reality objects. In this software, students can take their chemistry course class and view each object on the sheet through the application. The evaluation of the software was carried out with the participation of 40 students from the 4th year of high school, each of them using a cell phone. A survey in the form of a questionnaire was used to evaluate the level of approval of the use of augmented reality software, which consisted of a Likert scale with five levels. Students completed these questionnaires to provide feedback and opinion on the usefulness and effectiveness of the so...

This article covers the importance of understanding the conscience of oneself and the conscience of the other as a fundamental element within the dynamics of interaction of the teaching-learning process, specifically focusing on the case of adult students who work. Starting from this framework, the article proposes a five phase model: to recognize, to identify, to validate, to respond and to part. These phases will be present in every teacher-student relationship in the context of the course that they build together, suggesting that the success or the failure during its transition could directly impact the results of the learning process.

Green management and going green are not as clear cut and easy as hyped by the general media. While going ecologically green is indeed beneficial and appropriate the process and procedure of becoming green is anything but easy. Firstly turning green is largely not a legal requirement but a voluntary process. Thus even though LEED (which is by far the more publicly known green certification standard) governs the certification of the green management effort it is not a compulsory condition for practitioners to go green. Secondly even with the encouragement of incentives to comply practitioners are skeptical in becoming green due to: (a) a lack of true understanding of the benefit of ecologically friendly procedures (the practice of profits versus the theory of benefits); (b) lack of short term gain in life cycle costing (practitioners want instant incentives); and (c) mostly because it is ...

Currently, continuous technological advancements are pervasive in society, enhancing various aspects of our lives, including entertainment, information, and communication. In this context, one of the primary domains that can benefit from these advancements is education. The constant technological developments must be applied to the educational system to keep pace with changes in our lifestyle. Augmented reality (AR) is an innovative technology that allows smartphones to combine the real environment with virtual objects. Through the device's accelerometer, gyroscope, and camera, AR places 3D models on the screen based on the user's movements, creating an interactive experience. This technology has the potential to improve the learning experience in schools, making teaching more dynamic and increasing student motivation and interest in subjects such as mathematics and sciences, among other...

Adaptation to the conditions of freedom and the resocialization of persons who served their terms is determined by a gender factor, especially in societies with a bright masculine characteristic, to which the Russian society belongs too. In such societies, the process of female post-penitentiary adaptation is more complicated, because it, as before, is dominated by a more negative attitude to female crime than to male one. This is a reflection of the specifics of a society of a masculine type, where the system of double standards influences public consciousness and determines the attitude towards persons who broke the law depending on their gender. Thus, the post-penitentiary female resocialization in Russia occurs under the influence of a combination of factors and difficulties that are typical for this period of women’s lifetime, typical of ex-prisoners in Russia and connected with a...

Informed consent has great importance and significance, for both biomedical research and medical practice. Because of several reasons, the informed consent process is still being inadequately carried out in peruvian medical care, despite its incorporation in medical treatises. This article attempts to evaluate some of the factors involved. It provides a brief history of informed consent, followed by a contextual approach to current medical practice and a comparison of the ideal and real situations, discussing possible solutions and concluding that the informed consent should be based on respect for patients and a fair relationship of physicians with patients as equals.

In this article, the author presents an analysis of the conception of law and legal education from a critical perspective, questioning the supposed political neutrality in legal education. In this context, he highlights that the training of lawyers cannot be separated from political evaluation, as education implicitly transmits behavioral guidelines with an evaluative background. Furthermore, he criticizes the idea of teaching law as a politically neutral process, asserting that this stance is intentionally conservative and that legal education is, in fact, a means of social control. Following this line of argument, the author contends that traditional legal education, focused on exegesis and formalism, limits lawyers' ability to understand and evaluate the social and political implications of law. In contrast, he suggests reconsidering legal education so that lawyers acquire a realistic...

Human communication is the process which allows the human being to evolve as specie in an unfavorable world. Humanity found images, followed then by words, considered both as powerful tools that help to deliver information generation after generation. Sum of them provided the creation of infographies or information graphics, a very important application in the journalist field. However, they are very well used on fields such as advertising and organizational communications; this work tries to offer new options applying the infographic discipline but also to understand as a very efficient and decisiveway to represents our reality.

Art is an aesthetic and communicative phenomenon. Under this premise, the purpose of this paper is to link both dimensions and understand how reality is constructed from cinematographic point of view. We start from Palazon’s approaches to aesthetic studies and relate them to the construction of sense and generation of reality from artistic perspective, based on authors such as Heidegger, Sánchez Vásquez and Plazaola. This allows us to get closer to André Bazin’s strictly cinematographic ideas. As a construction of recognizable reality, representation in cinema is more verisimilar due to a mediation process that results from communicative act.

Augmented reality (AR) has been described as an interactive platform that presents a combination of virtual and real-world elements. Educators must incorporate ICT in the classroom and understand that its primary advantage is to enhance and facilitate the teaching-learning process of the learner. The aim of this paper is to identify, through a systematic review, the advantages of AR as a pedagogical teaching tool. To this end, a search for articles was carried out in different databases, such as Web of Science and Scopus. A total of 529 studies were obtained and, after applying the established inclusion criteria, 38 papers were left for review. The results showed that when AR-based activities are integrated, students of any educational level suggest a higher motivation and academic performance, considering this innovative resource as a more fun and interactive way of learning. In conclus...

This re...

This article seeks to be a source of knowledge and help students and teachers, from the synthesis of the personal college student’s experience in developing their learning to the teaching of natural sciences at the secondary level. In addition, during the development of this article, there are some of the advantages and limitations encountered at this stage of studies contrasted with the reality of education in our country, and it provides a global vision and a neutral point of view about the problems faced by many students during the university life, which often has not been able to be transmitted in its entirety, however, through this document it seeks to break these patterns and improve communication between the authorities and students.
