There is a growing concern in environmental pollution levels of the neighboring ecosystems fruit processing plant by the discharge of untreated industrial effl uents and proper control of the authorities, because many of them have not considered the management their effl uents into the design of the plant. The objective of this research is to characterize and manage the processing effl uent. We conclude that the processing effl uents have a high potential for contamination by the abundant organic load and that have achieved the primary treatment of this potential reduction to acceptable limits by Peruvian law (98.1% turbidity removal and reduction of BOD Oxygen 96.58%), allowing the reduction of water consumption, release of hardship and its incorporation as a business friendly environment for approval of environmental authorities and the community as a whole.

The article presents the results obtained in the structural, physical and chemical characterization of the stubble fiber of the pineapple harvest (Ananas Comosus) Golden as an alternative to elaborate paper. The biometric properties of the fibers were determined (length and diameter, wall thickness and lumen diameter), to later obtain the pulp quality indexes for paper, as well as the percentages of cellulose, Holocellulose and lignin, according to the TAPPI Standards for each component and the Jayme-Wise method. In the present study, the objective was to optimize the parameters for the extraction, characterization and microencapsulation of bioactive compounds from the whole pulp of Ungurahui (Oenocarpus bataua). The hydroethanolic extraction process by maceration using a rotational composite central design of response surface methodology (RSM) was used to determine the optimal extraction conditions, using absolute ethanol concentration (0-100%) and maceration time (2-6 days) as factors. The mathematical relationships obtained denote the complexity of the operation in the leached and adsorbed gold stage on activated carbon; since significant losses of gold in solution occur in real metallurgical operations. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. Furthermore, varying the concentration of carbon affects the adsorption operation; that is, the kinetics of gold adsorbed on carbon decreases over time, but the operation has higher kinetics with a larger volume of carbon during adsorption. The aim of the present work was to determine the appropriate parameters for the conservation of the giant snail flesh (Megalobulimus maximus) for human consumption. For the analysis of the proximal pulp giant snail, in fresh state, were the following: 15.32% protein, 2.86% fat, 1.54% ash, 79.64% moisture and 0.64% carbohydrates. The snails were killed by immersion in water and subsequent heating from ambient temperatura, 27ºC, to 55ºC, in a time of 23.5 minutes; on the other hand, debugging is performed by immersing the pulp solution to 4% acetic acid for a time of 5 minutes at room temperatura.
