Process mining enables organizations to discover, analyze, and enhance their business processes by extracting knowledge from event logs available in current information systems. This research proposes a process mining methodology for developing business and scientific-academic projects, consisting of nine phases: planning and scope, data preprocessing, data processing, flow control analysis, performance analysis, role analysis, results presentation, results publication, and transfer and monitoring. The purpose of the research study was to develop a process model to improve the management of research projects competing for internal grants in a university context with the Business Process Management SaaS approach. The present research arises from the production and circulation of the numismatic series “La mujer en el proceso de Independencia del Perú” as part of the activities developed for the Bicentennial of the Independence of Peru. The main objective is to investigate the narrative of the nation from the female figures of heroines represented in this series. On the one hand, concepts such as the nation and banal nationalism are presented to lay the theoretical framework. Then, the main feminine iconographic representations in the country’s coins will be explained. Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate.
