The Peruvian constitutional justice has established that the resolutions of the JNE can be revised when they affect fundamental rights; being that the appropriate mechanism is the process of amparo; however, its use has not been effective, given that there are few cases in which it has repaired the violated right and most of the time ends up determining responsibility of the authorities that violate these rights; hence the need to assess the possibility of establishing an electoral amparo with procedures and instances different from the classic amparo.

This article aims to reflect on the implementation of artificial intelligence in constitutional processes, specifically in amparo and habeas corpus proceedings against judicial rulings, and the aporia that such an approach would entail, given that it is currently a complex task for claimants to determine the violation of constitutionally protected fundamental rights within ordinary judicial processes. This implies that when such processes are constitutionalized, they may fail to merit a substantiated judgment, as inadmissibility often becomes a decisive factor. From this perspective, an intriguing question arises: Would the implementation of artificial intelligence be effective in resolving constitutional processes that challenge judicial decisions, particularly from the standpoint of protecting fundamental rights and ensuring effective procedural safeguards? Answering this question requ...

The corrosion protection sector makes use of the coke for an application with different requirements to those. Understanding the requirements, the raw incidence and the coke making variables and implementing the certain production process then, it can end up being satisfied this specialized necessity of coke use. This paper present to determination the electrical conductivity of the cokes obtained from different range coal and the addition of coal and petroleum pitches influence, mainly over this property and the optic texture of the make cokes. The pitches addition affects in a different way the electrical conductivity of cokes, depending on the coal range, and the origin and proportions of additives.

Five cases of dogs with protective IgG antibody titres against canine Parvovirus are describe. The antibody titres were acquired through vaccination or by infection with field strains and that were infected by canine parvovirus in the natural state, developing clinical signs of the disease. Faecal samples from affected dogs were processed using PCR and nested PCR, and amplicons were sequenced for virus genotyping. The results showed that these dogs were infected with canine parvovirus type 2C, indicating that protective IgG antibodies obtained by previous vaccination or infection with field virus were not able to prevent infection or reinfection against canine parvovirus type 2C.

This research aims to make a proposal for a sustainable structure for the protection of the Moche River in Trujillo, La Libertad. The methodology used focused on quantifying the biological, topographic, hydrological, hydraulic, structural and environmental variables. According to the eco-friendliest theories used in international literature, as well as technical standards E030, water resources law and the environmental impact law. ArcGIS pro HEC-RAS and Gawac 3.0 mathematical models were used to analyze and process the variables; and SPSS29 statistics. The main results were that favorable conditions exist to execute the sustainable structure. The maximum flood 643.47 m3/s for a return period of 140 years and a maximum water depth of 7.62. The dimensions of the gabion structure ranged between 4 and 8 meters in accordance with the topography of the river bank. The gabion wall had 58% direc...

The protection of fundamental rights is an essential task for any state. It is therefore essential to be aware of the procedural measures that can be applied when constitutionally recognised rights are affected. With this in mind, the purpose of this article is to provide a detailed description of the procedural measures and constitutional control mechanisms included in the Peruvian Constitution of 1979 to guarantee the effective protection of fundamental rights. Among the protective measures, the so-called constitutional guarantees stand out: amparo, habeas corpus, popular action and action for unconstitutionality, to which should be added the contentious-administrative action. The report also assesses, albeit to a lesser extent, exceptional regimes and their impact on fundamental rights. Mention is also made of the ability of the Court of Constitutional Guarantees to review in cassatio...

The work develops the scenario that is generated in Cuba from 2019, when a new Constitution is approved, which abrogates the one in force since 1976. The new text regulates, for the first time, the effective judicial protection and due process within the chapter dedicated to the Guarantees of Rights and orders the ordinary legislator to dictate new rules of development in the different procedural areas, in charge of regulating the catalog of the new rights recognized in the Constitution. Derived from the constitutional mandate, Law No. 141, of October 28, 2021, “Procedural Code”, was enacted to regulate the processing of civil, family, commercial, labor and social security matters. The new Code, which breaks with the regulatory system of the preceding law, introduces a broad catalog of ordering and investigative powers, which are attributed to a model of judge described as “active...
