This paper highlighted the discussion about the environmental matters over the criminal proceeding. The author makes a presentation of the compared environmental criminal codifications; especially he focuses in the German regulation from which he rescues some aspects. El propósito de la presente investigación es implementar la Robotic Process Automation (RPA) y mejorar la productividad en el área de pagos en una empresa del sector retail, evaluando los indicadores tiempo de transacción por factura, tiempo de validación de factura y horas de trabajo. The article provides teaching materials on the use of mobile technologies in the music-theoretical courses of children’s art schools. The use of mobile technologies allows teachers to organize their teaching activities (create a portfolio or a website), create an environment for remote support for learners (virtual classroom with assignments, tests, etc.), change the principles of classwork and homework by means of mobile applications and by making training programs personal and individual, adapted to the needs of each student. Tablets and gadgets have always attracted children, therefore, these familiar devices and the element of game and competition (various music applications) can help music-theoretical courses become much more interesting, draw children’s attention and energize them.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida la aplicación del Business Process Management (BPM) influye en la mejora de la celeridad procesal en un Juzgado Especializado No Penal. El estudio fue de tipo aplicado, con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel explicativo, diseño preexperimental y corte longitudinal. La población estuvo conformada por los expedientes judiciales tramitados en el Juzgado Especializado No Penal entre enero de 2019 y enero de 2025, seleccionándose como muestra los expedientes correspondientes a las vías procedimentales de conocimiento y abreviado. The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

Computed tomography (CT) is a breakthrough technology used in medicine for diagnostic diseases. The same technique is used in other areas, such as aerospace chemistry, Radio astronomy, etc. The main objective of the CT is to reconstruct the internal part of an object without having to open it as a non-destructive test. To achieve this purpose, the CT uses the attention that X-rays undergo through this object with the information, the inner part of the object is reconstructed, that is to say the CT is an inverse problem.In this article uses the Fourier transform for the reconstruction of the internal part, for it is directly part of a continuous model, representing the density at the point (x, y) of a section, with a function p = p(x, y); and even though p is not required to be continuous, the Fourier method is more efficient and a better, more regular result is obtained p.
