La presente tesis tiene como objetivo, mediante el apoyo y la aplicación de Estudio de Métodos, realizar un correcto diagnóstico, llevar a cabo el levantamiento de información y análisis de la situación actual de la empresa fabricante de máquina de perforación diamantina; así como también el diseño, desarrollo y propuesta de mejoras en cada una de las áreas que formen parte del proceso como alcance de la investigación. Para tal objetivo, se ha realizado un registro en la empresa, enfocándose en el proceso de producción de la máquina de perforación diamantina, levantando tanto deficiencias como puntos de mejora en las etapas del proceso que resulten decisivas en el mismo.

In Peru, chicken is one of the most consumed foods in all regions. Due to the constant increase in population,chicken production is increasing in the country. For this reason, a food company must improve its efficiency to satisfy more customers and reduce its costs per productive unit without reducing its quality. The research can be useful to canning companies as well as companies where their machines suffer from many failures within production due to a lack of maintenance planning and worker training. The model used is based on two methodologies: 5S and TPM. These methodologies reduced the total production time per batch by 8% and improved the utilization rate by 7 percentage points. The use of these tools helped reduce corrective maintenance time and standardize processes to avoid recurring equipment failures.

This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception. Nonetheless, the high resolution relevision does not seem feasible not does ir make enrreprises more competitive. The particular situation of the aeronautical industry in the coming years will force related manufacturing plants to analyze their production processes seeking, among other things that could be remarkable, greater flexibility and efficiency. This article analyzes the manufacturing process of a production line of aircraft turbine components, which faced flow and production capacity problems. The study used the methodology applied by Okutmuş et al. (2015) for data collection, and subsequently, resorted to the methodology used by Molano & Materón (2018) to analyze of the information. Finally, it concludes that production capacity could be increased. Therefore, realistic proposals on the case are presented, which allow improvements in its capacity in the near future.

Objective: To demonstrate the positive impact of the cost system for processes in the productive chain of asparagus in agro-export companies, this given the need to know, in a reliable way, their costs and that this, in turn, allows them to improve the taking of decisions. Method: The research was descriptive and the research design was nonexperimental. For our analysis, the case study was applied to the company Vivadis Perú S.A.C., a company dedicated to the agro-export of asparagus. This research evaluates the relationship of social capital with the integration of processes in the supply chain management in companies of the real sector in Colombia, mediated by their organizational size and the uncertainty of the environment. For this purpose, 232 companies associated to the real sector in Colombia were surveyed and with the information obtained, multivariate analysis of structural equations was made with the SPSS and AMOS tools. As a result, there is a significant direct relationship between social capital and the integration of processes in the supply chain management, thus social capital was identified as a fundamental determinant in efforts to integrate the supply chain, unlike the mediating variables analyzed (size and uncertainty of the environment).

El proceso de compras que funcionaba antes de aplicar la mejora generaba proporcionalmente sobrecostos generales y administrativos para la empresa, debido a los a retrasos en las entregas de órdenes de trabajo hacia nuestros clientes. Es necesario desarrollar, restructurar o mejorar los procesos y evaluar factores que afecten la transformación del proceso. En el presente trabajo se describe el diseño, metodología y el enfoque utilizando la metodología PHVA y tiene como objetivo analizar una transformación exitosa del proceso de compras realizado en una empresa del sector gráfico. Los hallazgos en los procesos originales de compra comparado con los procesos mejorados y transformados demostraron beneficios resultantes para la empresa, los proveedores, y el personal.

Over the years, there has been a massive expansion of maca crops in the province of Junín, causing a shortage of skilled labour, which has led to an increase in cost and time in the dehydration process in the production of maca. This is how the main problem arises: How do I design and manufacture a machine to separate impurities from maca to improve the dehydration process? The project is based on the design and manufacture of a device that helps to reduce the time spent in the cleaning area in the dehydration process, as this is where the most time is spent and in turn, generates more costs for skilled labour. En Perú, uno de los mayores problemas es la gestión del agua: más del 50% de la población costera depende solo del 2% del abastecimiento disponible. Esta escasez provoca la pérdida de miles de hectáreas agrícolas por falta de riego.
