This work is based on the results of the research “Analysis of the use of software quality models: a proposal to improve processes in the ‘mypes’ producing software in Lima”, which was supported by the Institute of Scientific Research of the University of Lima. The study characterized “mypes” and showed that they do not have an adequate use of software quality models, both in their processes and products. In addition, these companies recognized that they have problems in their processes and the need to improve them. It was therefore proposed to develop a further research setting a suitable and sustainable process improvement model for each category of “mype”, based on an in-depth analysis of existing quality models, that could be applied throughout the entire software lifecycle: from the establishment of requirements to the quality tests.

This article highlights both the quantitative research process and its implementation to achieve the objective of identifying the level of quality in software producing mypes. The current project is aimed at students in their role as researchers, considering that one of the strategic objectives of the institutions of higher education is to promote the culture of research, look for differences in findings, obtain superior training and to be more competitive. The quantitative research process gives way to the realization of the primary methods in obtaining the characterization of software producing mypes in Lima. This allows one to identify the quality of their software.

El Ministerio de la Producción (PRODUCE) es una entidad gubernamental que se encarga de establecer, ejecutar y supervisar planes de gobierno en los sectores de industria, pesquería y micro y pequeñas empresas (MYPE). En este último sector, se encuentra el Programa Nacional Compras a MYPErú, el cual promueve el desarrollo productivo y empresarial de las MYPE. Sin embargo, enfrenta una problemática importante en el proceso productivo, se ha identificado retrasos significativos en la entrega de bienes por parte de las MYPE a pesar de las fechas acordadas. The objective of the research is to allocate the time saved, thanks to the improvement, to the production activity by increasing the efficiency that allows the greatest number of tasks to be carried out without altering the quality of the product. The main causes found thanks to the study carried out were the non-existence of a labeling system, lack of space, incorrect information system and storage equipment in poor condition. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general llevar a cabo el “diseño de un sistema de gestión por procesos aplicado al área logística de la empresa Condor Produce SAC”, para obtener un incremento en la productividad del recurso humano. La empresa inició sus exportaciones de este vegetal en el 2014 vía terrestre y vía marítima desde el 2016 hasta el 2018. This work proposes the formulation of biofilms out of orange peel, using pectin as a crosslinking agent and glycerol as plasticizer. Also, it was determined the impact of the addition of bacterial cellulose obtained from the static fermentation of kombucha (Manchurian fungus) in such biofilms. It is noticeable that the orange peel has been subject previously to an extraction process by steam distillation to recover its essential oil. Experimentally it was determined that an appropriate biofilm formulation has the following mass percentages: orange peel, 15; bacterial cellulose, 5; pectin, 40; and glycerol, 40. Such biofilm showed the following property values: tension stress at break, 5.53 N/mm2 ; elongation at break, 51.60 %; and, water vapor permeability, 0.0273 g.mm/(h.kPa.m2 ).
