This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

Language is a natural psychological phenomenon, indispensable to all humans in society. This article presents the theoretical foundations on communication in process quality management, bringing studies dealing with communication and ISO 9001:2000 management, aiming at investigating how these variables have been perceived in organizations. The importance of the steps that should permeate the communication process is highlighted through published research, concluding on the need for studies that demonstrate the importance of subjectivity in the communication process, a present phenomenon in any interpersonal relationship.

This article aims to reflect on the implementation of artificial intelligence in constitutional processes, specifically in amparo and habeas corpus proceedings against judicial rulings, and the aporia that such an approach would entail, given that it is currently a complex task for claimants to determine the violation of constitutionally protected fundamental rights within ordinary judicial processes. The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. Teachers´ engagement in change processes is closely related to their attitudes and views on education. Therefore, any successful educational change demands that teachers reevaluate their profession, as personal and professional factors are clearly relevant. The goal of this study is to test a predictive statistical model of teacher´s engagement in educational change considering personality factors and self-evaluation. The random and representative sample of Peruvian teachers comprised of 888 subjects. Results show good model fit and a strong predictive power on educational changes. The study confirms that personality and selfconcept are strong predictors on teacher´s engagement with educational change.

This contribution analyzes the role fulfilled by International Labor Standards and, specifically, by social clauses in Free Trade Conventions and Agreements, as a way of preventing social dumping and building a social dimension in the globalization and regionalization of economy. The author offers the case of the MERCOSUR Labor and Social Declaration, issued in 2015, which amends that of the year 1998, studying its contents, legal efficacy and supervision mechanisms. He emphasizes the fact that social charters generally limit themselves to recognizing fundamental or basic labor rights already found in the legislation of the member countries, but which are nonetheless useful for hindering attempts to deregulate or relax social and labor provisions.

The process of revaluing the built heritage of the Huaca San Borja, located within the metropolitan area of the capital of Peru, Lima, ran from 1986 to 2016. During these years and due to changes in government, and thence, in the orientation of public institutions, the management processes initiated after various agreements did not comply with placing this important heritage into social use, and today, construction work for its revaluation is still happening.
