The processes of indebtedness on the part of the states have been constant and carried out for various reasons in different countries.In the case of countries in the process of development or with problems to achieve it, different spaces have been created to modify the type of debt and the processes to pay it.However, all this generates a socio-economic problem that affects, especially, low-income citizens.In the present work, it is studied in depth the processes of indebtedness and, mainly, the modifications to them by means of the payment facilities. In turn, its impact is evaluated andcontrasted with an ethical view of the problem.

The growing visibility of violence in schools has caused multiple demands to know their condition in our societies. Given this, the conceptual, analytical and methodological challenges faced between those engaged in their empirical research are evident. El presente proyecto se encuentra en el sector restaurantes y tiene por finalidad de constituir una empresa. En el rubro elaboración y comercialización por el servicio delivery de alimentación. El estudio ha descrito varias necesidades a satisfacer. La demanda de los servicios delivery presenta una tendencia creciente, especialmente en el aspecto demográfico. En el estudio técnico se ha determinado la fuente de aprovisionamiento que será la ciudad de Iquitos. Los procesos diseñados buscan crear un producto de calidad. En el estudio organización se ha determinado los ingredientes, insumos y maquinarias y equipos para lograr tal objetivo. Los ratios económicos y financieras que arroja el proyecto señalan la viabilidad y rentabilidad de la inversión, con indicadores positivos que aseguran la inversión.

Siguiendo las tecnicas desarrolladas por Paul Dupuis, Vaios Laschos y Kavita Ramanan en [8], se establecera un principio de grandes desviaciones para una secuencia de procesos puntuales denidos por medidas de Gibbs en una variedad riemanniana bidimensional compacta y orientable. Veremos que la correspondiente secuencia de medidas empíricas converge a la solucion de una ecuacion diferencial parcial y, en ciertos casos, a la forma de volumen de una metrica de curvatura constante.

Nowadays, the management of foundry machinery is expensive and complicated, not only because of the energy used, but also because of the polluting, lengthy and dangerous process. This perspective is relevant given that, in many metallurgical micro-enterprises, and even educational center laboratories, waste is generated that is sold at a very low price and a product made from virgin material is purchased, increasing the expense, time and natural consumption in the foundry process. In Peru, only 1 % of food processing companies located in Metropolitan Lima have obtained a technical validation for their HACCP plan. The low adherence to safety systems raises the goal of identifying the main barriers and difficulties for the implementation of the HACCP system. Data was collected by sending a questionnaire to 32 companies. In order to define the underlying structure of the barriers and difficulties identified we performed an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) based on a selection of nineteen (19) items, identifying four new factors that account for 66,7 % of the overall variability. The purpose of this paper is to optimiza the operation of an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor. In this kind of processes, besides to maximiza organic matter removal, it is attractive to capture the biogas and to use it to provide energy services. For this purpose, the biogas has to be produced in large quantities. Thus, we have two clear objectives to be achieved: to maximiza both the organic matter removal and the biogas production.
