This essay is a first approximation to the study of Hipolito Unanue’s thinking influence on the Peruvian epidemiology discourse construction. After describing general aspects of Unanue’s thought on the processes of disease propagation, we discuss how at the beginning of the XX century, in middle of the debate on the community problems and the various possibilities of the nation’s development, different authors retake Unanue’s ideas, who had already been raised up as a cultural hero of the medical community. This article is about the process of population ageing in Peru and Latin America, in the context of the pandemic. During the last 20 years, Latin American people have been ageing. This scenario presents several dilemmas for governments. Peru has faced this situation for about 10 years. The latest statistical figures have shown this demographic trend. This situation stablishes some challenges for the Peruvian government. Therefore, the situation of the elderly, the existing social policies and the social service programs will be analyzed. Methodologically, the research presents a theoretical discussion, a bibliographic review, and a systematization of various experiences.

It is verified that the apology for the foundation of cities for minorities, as the supposed beginning of civilization at the beginning of the Colony (16th century), added to the silence on the forced imposition of “Indian” towns or reductions, conceal the terrible demographic catastrophe in the North Peruvian Coast, caused by the acute exploitation and oppression of the majority native population, next to the new diseases and the impoverishment of the diet of the “Indians”.

This research work studies the process of changing the name and sex of LGTBIQ people (acronym formed by the initials of the words lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual, intersexual, and queer), who have historically been discriminated against and violated in their human rights of access to justice and recognition of legal personality concerning their sexual orientation and gender identity. For its development, doctrine, legislation, and jurisprudence were analyzed to propose a judicial and legislative reform that establishes the parameters for the integral adequacy of self-perceived gender identity.

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the absence of the institute from the extrusion in the Peruvian criminal procedure system and the unjust prosecution of the Huanuco Judicial District, 2012-2014. The type of research in the present study was observational. In the study the correlational and analytical design was applied. El objetivo de la presente tesis Doctoral fue establecer de qué manera un modelo de gobernanza para Blockchain mediante BPM orientado a los procesos inter-organizacionales mejora el nivel de confianza del usuario y el nivel de alineación estratégica de los procesos inter-organizacionales. Los tipos de investigación abordados fueron: aplicada, descriptiva, relacional y transversal. El diseño de investigación fue no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional. El estudio fue de tipo aplicado, con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel explicativo, diseño preexperimental y corte longitudinal. One characteristic that best defines today's society is the production of waste, this being higher in so-called "developed" countries. Virtually no human activity that does not generate any waste also exist a direct relationship between the standard of living of a society or country and the amount of waste generated. Approximately 23% of the world population lives in developed countries consume 78% of resources and produces 82% of the waste [Black and Malate, 1996]. Furthermore, the volume of waste grows exponentially with the level of industrialization of a country. There are currently about five million registered substances known of which approximately 70,000 are widely used throughout the world, estimated at about 1,000 new chemicals each year are added to the list.

This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. According to the indigenous population of the Peruvian Amazon, the 20th century constituded a period of great changes. Jn the first decades, important events took place during the rubber period; in the following decades, and as a consequence of the previous events, the indigenous populations began to migrate and have contact with foreign populations. Halfway into the last century, the ashaninka population from High Perene (Chanchamayo-Junin) went through several changes, such as social, economic, and linguistic. Linguisticly, there was competition between Ashaninka-Spanish bilinguism and Ashaninka monolinguism. Jn the 70s and with the beginning of native communities (CCNN), schools were built, institutions of the official system of education, in which new methods were applied. Is in this context that written Spanish becomes a new activity assumed by the ashaninka population.
