En una era dominada por la innovación tecnológica, los avances en el Machine Learning (ML) y Natural Language Processing (NLP) han transformado diversas industrias, incluyendo el ámbito de las patentes. Las patentes protegen invenciones y requieren que estas sean novedosas, un aspecto que implica un análisis detallado de grandes volúmenes de texto en un tiempo limitado. Este proyecto de tesis se centra en desarrollar un prototipo de apoyo para el análisis de novedad en patentes mediante la fusión de técnicas de procesamiento de texto como Embeddings, Transformers y algoritmos clásicos de machine learning. The study of patenting activity may help to understand the existing gender differences in the field of science and technology. This research analyzes how organizational issues have an effect on female presence in Mexico patenting activity for the period 1976-2017. To that end, this investigation studies patents granted to Mexico by the United States Patent Office (USPTO). The results show that teamwork and the way in which the patenting process is organized are important to explain female presence in patenting activities, and that organizations such as universities and laboratories are also linked to a greater probability of female presence in patenting.

The main purpose for this study was to find out which factors at the university level affect the ability to commercialize their invention patents in a Latin American country. Twenty-one Colombian universities participated in this study. The information was treated by the Partial Least Squares regression (PLS) path model. The primary information was obtained from the application of a survey to a random sample of 87 invention patents, whose holder is a Colombian university. Of the answers received, the one that generates the most concern is the fact that almost 80% of patents of invention have not been commercialized. This discovery is new for the Colombian case and it is something for which until now there was no scientific evidence. Through four sequential phases —and the combination of inventive strategies— the process is presented and validated by obtaining the patent n.o 000829-2020/DIN-INDECOPI in September 2020. The transfer level of the methodology followed constitutes a contribution to any inventive development.

This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. La presente investigación busca identificar la influencia del crecimiento económico, el grado de apertura comercial y el nivel de inversión extranjera directa en las solicitudes de patentes en el Perú durante el período 1978-2018. La investigación es motivada por la gran brecha entre el número de patentes registradas por residentes nacionales y extranjeros; con una diferencia de 1 a 5. The present project in Applied Research has the objective to define the technical specifications of Peruvian Pisco, a traditional drink and patrimony, symbol of Peruvian pride and nationality. The importance of this project lies in the search for a higher standard of quality, composition and production for pisco elaboration in Peru, which is mostly artisanal and low technology. A través de cuatro fases secuenciales -y de la combinación de estrategias inventivas- se presenta el procedimiento validado con la obtención de la patente N° 000829-2020/DIN-INDECOPI en septiembre del año 2020. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. La presente investigación propuesta tuvo como propósito e xaminar la relación entre la m etodología Kisukai Kaizen y el proceso de producción de agua en la ciudad de Iquitos en 2024. Para ello, se adoptó un diseño metodol ó gico de tipo básica, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional. Para la recolección y análisis s e utilizaron instrumentos validados mediante juicio de expertos y cuya confiabilidad fue determinada a través del coeficiente A lfa de Cronbach.
