This article proposes an intervention program to create consciousness among elementary school students and parents of Basic and Regular Education about gender violence to eventually identify gender’s violence ways of expression and the different aspects where these develop such as their homes, school, and society in general. Given that these attitudes tend to be blinded or normalized when a type of violence is manifested oriented by the gender. Accomplishing this, it will promote a better coexistence generating better opportunities for everyone. This descriptive research examines the performance on reading comprehension of four gifted adolescents participating in a reading enrichment program. This performance is related to the variables associated to the gifted performance following the model developed by Mönks: motivation, creativity, high ability, school, peers and family. Results showed that school does not satisfy the cognitive needs of these students and it does not offer the required social support either. The family provides the main social support. The motivation, creativity, the high level of language and concentration of the participants facilitate learning. The reading program is described by the participants as motivating due to the subject-matters and methodology; furthermore, due to the opportunity to deal with peers who have a similar cognitive level.

The objective of the research was to improve the level of knowledge of preventive techniques in oral health through the Educational Program called "Healthy mouths, happy faces" in children under 5 in vulnerable situations in Puno (Peru). Study was experimental, longitudinal and prospective with pre and posttest using educational and communicative method. The simplified Greene-Vermillion index and a validated questionnaire called "Oral Health for Parents" were used to evaluate oral hygiene in children. From the analysis of the results, it’s highlighted that the aforementioned program should be considered in prevention and promotion of oral health, since it promotes optimal knowledge in the adult population that was evident in the oral health of children under 5 years of age at the end of the intervention. This article presents a program design for instructing elementary students and their nuclear family about gender violence with the objective of giving them the opportunity to analyze their surrounding with a critical eye and to be able to recognize the distinctive signs of subliminal and explicit gender violence. La presente investigación tuvo como principal objetivo determinar el efecto del programa preventivo sobre conocimiento de salud bucal en padres de alumnos con necesidades especiales en centro educativo básico especial, Iquitos 2023. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo, prospectivo, comparativo, longitudinal y el diseño fue experimental de tipo cuasi experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 180 padres o apoderados. La técnica empleada en la investigación fue la observación y cuestionario. Los principales resultados que se obtuvieron en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal antes de la intervención educativa se obtuvieron que el 13,3% presentó un conocimiento regular, y el 86,7% un conocimiento malo. Introducción. El comportamiento de los hijos está influenciado por la crianza de los padres. El objetivo del estudio fue valorar el efecto del programa Padres Educando en Ambientes Seguros (ACT) sobre las prácticas de crianza en padres con hijos de 3 a 5 años de edad Método. El estudio es de diseño cuasi experimental y se trabajó con una muestra de 65 padres entre las edades 21 a 43 años, de los cuales, 18 constituyeron el grupo de estudio y 27 el grupo control. La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de demostrar que el programa psicopedagógico AFECOGMET desarrolla el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la sede Rioja de la UNSM-T, durante el año 2017. El tipo de estudio es aplicado, nivel experimental, con diseño cuasi-experimental y método científico fue el Inductivo-Analítico.
