Las empresas radiales se ven afectadas por el incremento de consumo de plataformas digitales en el rubro de entretenimiento. Es por ello, que el medio digital representa una gran oportunidad de ingresos para este sector. En base a esta información y teniendo en cuenta el comportamiento de las audiencias actuales, se ha visto como oportunidad la creación de un programa 100% digital que sea atractivo, interactúe con la audiencia para generar mayor engagement y así, genere una mayor cantidad de ingresos por este canal. En el presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional, se verá cómo la innovación en los contenidos digitales de una radio impacta en los ingresos generados en el medio. De esta manera se propone un plan de marketing de contenido digital pensado en las necesidades de la audiencia, que sea atractivo para la presente oferta de anunciantes.

Los productores agrícolas de la región San Martín, no realizan de manera adecuada el desarrollo de esta actividad, además no cuentan con las facilidades para el desarrollo sostenible, por lo que la investigación estuvo bajo la denominación de Inversión pública y su influencia en la percepción de las familias agrícolas de la Región San Martin Año 2015. Tuvo como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación que existe entre la Inversión Pública en la percepción de las familias agrícolas de la Región San Martin 2015. This paper aims to explain and present a proposal to introduce Disaster Risk Management (DRM) topics into ESAN Graduate School of Business Master’s programs. Although disasters have cost Peru more than USD 7,600 million in the past 2 decades the business sector, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises, have not developed preventive or continuity plans mainly because they are not familiar with DRM topics. Taking this into consideration, the paper presents a detailed academic/curricular proposal for DRM topics such as business continuity, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable management. Additionally, it introduces the idea of promoting Disaster Risk Management (DRM) topics to the Peruvian business community as a strategy to enhance the graduate education.

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar de qué manera el programa de capacitación en emprendimiento influye en las oportunidades de negocio en los microempresarios de la Asociación de Comerciantes Campo Ferial Túpac Amaru m. 11 – Comas, 2019. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the influence of soft skills in the achievement of significant learning of students participating in the Business Process Management course of the Administration specialty at the National Agrarian University of La Selva. The approach was quantitative, applied with an explanatory level and quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. The sample was 42 students and data collection was carried out through the questionnaire and rubric. Inferential analysis was performed using the nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test for independent samples, Student's t test for paired samples, and the Wilcoxon test for paired samples. As a consequence of the 2007 financial crisis, companies have been focusing on managing the risks of normative infringement as an integral part of the notion of a business risk. This practice is encouraged by the implementation of normative with cross-border effects and reach, as well as by the growing internal regulations of autonomous criminal liability of corporate bodies systems.In the context of the circumstances described, in the present article the author analyzes: (i) the practical performance of the Criminal Compliance programs; (ii) their minimum content to exonerate or mitigate the criminal liability of the corporate bodies involved in a crime or offence; and, (iii) the challenges for the lawyer specialized in Criminal Law that this new approach of criminal preventingcounseling enforces.

There is a growing concern for having better tools to address corruption, so much so that since the 1990s various international instruments have been issued, urging States to strengthen their legislation. Although this phenomenon has traditionally been associated with the public sphere, the need to criminalize corrupt acts that take place in the private sphere is no longer questioned. Proof of this is the growing criminalization of corruption between private individuals. In this regard, one of the traditional expenses incurred by private companies is related to hospitality, such as gifts and travel aimed at promoting products or for the training of their employees and customers. El objetivo fue estudiar el mercado del programa académico de ingeniería civil en la UCP de la ciudad Iquitos del año 2023, así como también determinar el pensamiento estratégico, la integración al mercado, la enseñanza- aprendizaje y la calidad del docente de la carrera. Su metodología fue descriptiva, de corte transversal y no experimental; con una muestra de estudio de 37 ingenieros egresados de la facultad, a quienes se aplicó encuesta. Los resultados señalan que el 83.8% de los egresados se encuentran trabajando en asuntos relacionados a su profesión, sin embargo; 70.3% concuerdan que debe haber algunos cambios en el programa actual, acorde a las innovaciones modernas; mejorando la integración al mercado de estudiantes y egresados; toda vez que, el 51.4% sostuvo que la universidad, alguna vez hizo este tipo de eventos. Esta investigación describe cómo se desarrollan nuevas formas de valorizar la naturaleza en países ricos en biodiversidad como Perú, abordando específicamente el modelo de negocio Biocomercio. Proporciona una descripción general de cómo el país mide su brecha de biodiversidad y qué acciones se toman para contrarrestarla. Luego, el estudio continúa con una breve descripción y análisis de los aspectos legales, institucionales, de mercado, sociales y ecológicos de la cadena de valor del programa Biocomercio a nivel macro; para luego explorar si este modelo de negocio contribuye a cerrar la brecha de biodiversidad del país. Finalmente, concluye con un examen de los desafíos y oportunidades de los mecanismos financieros que se han desplegado para cerrar la brecha de biodiversidad del país y promover la inversión en capital natural.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la incidencia del cumplimiento de metas asignadas a la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén sobre en la recaudación de ingresos por el Programa de incentivos a la mejora de la gestión y modernización municipal en el periodo 2020 - 2022. La metodología fue descriptiva, se utilizó la información de ingresos por el Programa de Incentivos y los reportes de cumplimiento de metas de la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén de los años 2020 al 2022. Los resultados muestran que la municipalidad cumplió con las metas asignadas por el Programa de Incentivos durante los años 2020 y 2021, percibiendo ingresos de S/. 3 642 558 y S/. 1 346 117, montos muy superiores a los estimados inicialmente por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
