In the article published by Huamancayo-Espíritu and Pérez-Cárdenas on the consumption of fruits and vegetables in medical students, the authors estimated a prevalence of low consumption of fruits and vegetables of 60.1% in a sample of 371 students. The most frequent reasons found were the difficulty of obtaining them in the university cafeterias, insufficient time for their selection, purchase and preparation and the fact of living with their father or mother who is in charge of their feeding; the second being the only associated factor, and the last being a protective factor. The study has many strengths, among which the importance of the thematic axis that it develops stands out: healthy lifestyles are one of the great determinants of health, highlighting that one in every 5 deaths in the world is associated with unhealthy eating.

Objetive: To analyze the main clinical-pathological characteristics of patients with breast carcinoma in whom a sentinel lymph node biopsy was performed with patent blue plus imprint in the axillary staging. The study. This descriptive series evaluated a series of 20 cases of patients with an anatomopathological diagnosis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma treated in the area of Oncological Surgery of the Hospital of High Complexity "Virgen de la Puerta" EsSalud, La Libertad - Peru, during the period February 2017 until January 2018. This article aims to clarify the relationships between complex thinking and postmodern thinking. It also seeks to identify convergences and differences in order to establish possible synergies. It is concluded that although complex thinking is somehow heir to postmodernism, and some of its promoters and practitioners do not recognize such characterization, complex thinking has its own characteristics that make its representation more defined than postmodern thinking conceived as a mixture of trends and proposals. Introduction: Infertility is currently a more frequent diagnosis, at sea level and at high altitudes, and development of high complexity assisted reproduction techniques in the Andes of Peru is essential. Introduction: The objective of this research was to explore the association between the presence of depressive symptoms and the existence of symptoms suggestive of urinary incontinence in a group of women treated in a public hospital in Peru. Material and Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted in women with “Seguro Integral de Salud” who attended the gynecology consultation room of Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión during November and December of 2018.
