La presente investigación tiene título “Rendimiento de las Cuadrillas para Mantener la Producción Usando Herramientas BIM en Tiempos de COVID-19” cuyo objetivo principal es mejorar el rendimiento de las cuadrillas por acción del covid-19 en la ejecución de las partidas de acero y encofrado en edificaciones multifamiliares para mantener la producción proyectada con el uso de herramientas de la metodología Building Information Modeling (BIM) como el modelamiento Revit, modelamiento 4D con Navisworks simulando flujo de trabajo. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel óptimo de Reservas Internacionales Netas en el Perú para mantener la estabilidad económica en los años 2008 al 2017, se consideró factores internos y externos que afectan a la economía peruana. La metodología de la investigación es explicativa –correlacional y se desarrolla mediante el modelo econométrico propuesto por el economista José A. Licandro, se consideró como variable independiente a las reservas internacionales netas, y a las variables dependientes como la base monetaria, depósitos en moneda extranjera, encaje legal y deuda pública. Se concluyó que en los años en estudio no se presentó un nivel adecuado de reservas internacionales netas, y que el valor que presenta mayor correlación es la deuda pública.

En la presente investigación se desarrolla el análisis de las estrategias comerciales implementadas por la empresa textil Innovative Knitwear en la pandemia. Para el desarrollo de este estudio, se revisaron los argumentos de autores cuyas investigaciones han sido reconocidas. También se realizó un estudio cualitativo mediante una entrevista semi estructurada a la Gerente General Eunice Moran, quien toma las decisiones comerciales de la empresa. Desde un punto administrativo se tiene como objetivo analizar, comparar, validar y proponer alternativas de solución ante la problemática presentada. The excessive promotion of the production of knowledge, as the central paradigm for higher education, has produced unbalances in universities. Religious affiliated institutions needs to reposition themself with their characteristics to offering an education that includes all three existing missions, but adds a fourth one as a way of enriching training. This new mission purpose that centers on the development of wisdom, it is not only useful for religious affiliated universities, but also for all kind of higher education models. Toward the end, the paper turns to some of the complications a more balanced model would face.

Maintaining the stability of bipedal walking remains a major challenge in humanoid robotics, primarily due to the large number of hyperparameters involved and the need to adapt to dynamic environments and external disturbances. Traditional methods for determining these hyperparameters, such as heuristic approaches, are often time- consuming and potentially suboptimal. The universities have among their responsibilities, providing high quality education that benefits students, alumni, organizations and society in general.Alumni monitoring becomes an important source for curriculum feedback, assessing the quality of the training and their consistency with the requirements for professional performance in different companies. However, there are many difficulties in establishing and maintaining a relationship of mutual benefits between educational institutions and their alumni. In this article, a Model for Alumni Monitoring and Supporting is presented. The model was designed from a holistic, ensuring that all involved actors get benefits. The model has been validated and can be adopted and/or adapted by educational institutions to create or strengthen the relationship with their alumni.

The Community Land Trust is a collective stewardship land tenure model from the United States that has proven to be effective in both generating and maintaining affordable housing around the world. In this paper, we demonstrate that this model is needed as an alternative in the current housing policies. Subsequently, we identify the elements of the Community Land Trust, in accordance with American regulations and practice. Then, based on a review of the specialized literature, we gather the experiences of the implementation of this model in the United States, England, and Canada, as well as its recent spread in Latin America with the experiences of Puerto Rico and Brazil.
