Nowadays, companies worldwide operate through processes, which generates the need to control each one of them to guarantee efficiency. The objective was to design a process manual for the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical micromobility based on time standards. The study has a quantitative approach, like a feasible project, a documentary design. The sample consists of scientific, technical and manual studies. To collect information, the document analysis technique was applied and the instrument consisted of an analysis matrix. This study focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) specializing in heavy equipment maintenance. It introduces an innovative model that links the operational efficacy of technical processes to the overall effectiveness of maintenance services. This approach considers all elements of the value chain, including the processes and resources involved at each stage. The research highlights that a gap in the technical development of these processes hinders companies from achieving optimal outcomes due to inconsistency in maintenance methods. To address this challenge, a quantitative study has been conducted to explore the causal relationship between the efficacy of technical processes and the effectiveness of maintenance services. In Huanuco Quechua, there is an alternation in the use of the direct evidential {-mi} within sentences describing maintenance processes. The main objective of this work is to describe such evidentiality in processes of internal and external experience, as well as in others that refer to a notion of control that transmits certainty about the veracity of the statement in an alternate way. As explained by Floyd (1997), in the semantic network of such particle are grouped uses that at first glance may seem incompatible, but are related. For the analysis, formalizations of formal semantics are used (Montague, 1970), which give an account of the syntactic structures involved in the states and the processes derived from them. It is concluded that the use of the suffix '-mi' has an alternation motivated by semantic factors oriented to the experience gradually.

Currently, competitiveness within the service industry has reached outstanding levels. In the pursuit of increasing the quality and efficiency of services, the ap-proaches of continuous improvement acquire undeniable relevance. This research aimed to implement, analyze, and assess the effects of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology within the service industry for process optimization through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The presented case study is a workshop for equipment maintenance where, through the DMAIC methodological design, Lean Six Sigma and TPM methodologies were implemented to increase process effi-ciency. La industria del plástico en el Perú ha tenido un crecimiento de 4.5%a lo largo de los últimos años, ocasionando así una gran competitividad entre las diversas empresas que existen. En este contexto, el problema más común de la industria es la baja productividad, lo que ocasiona que las empresas no puedan cumplir con el tiempo de entrega pactado con los clientes. Ante estas dificultades, este estudio propone la implementación de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, específicamente Mantenimiento Autónomo, SMED y 5S, buscando eliminar los desperdicios y principalmente reducir los tiempos de entrega. This study develops and empirically validates an integrated conceptual model that investigates the causal relationships among Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Jidoka, and economic sustainability (ECSU) within the manufacturing industry. Based on Resource and Capability Theory as well as Systems Theory, the model posits that TPM directly influences both jidoka and ECSU, while jidoka acts as a mediator in the relationship between TPM and ECSU. Utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) and data collected from 357 surveys of the maquiladora industry in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, the analysis confirms that TPM positively affects jidoka (β=,632, p<0,001) and ECSU (β=0,340, p<0,001). This research proposes a production model capable of increasing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using the methodology Lean Manufacturing and TPM. The case study is a company in the livestock industry where the 4 phases of the model were implemented. The first phase is the implementation of the Poka-Yoke tool. Then follows the implementation of the MRP. After that, the implementation of a preventive maintenance plan and the last phase is implementing the 5’s tool. After validation in the Arena software and the simulation of the implemented production model, it is shown that the OEE indicator increases by 15.69%, managing to achieve a productivity improvement.

The heavy freight transportation sector has been positioning itself stronger in the sector as a result of the increase in imports and exports in Peru, which has generated a 5.6% increase in its GDP. According to the above, it is essential to identify the stages of the processes, maintenance plan, availability of trucks, as well as the quality of freight transportation. A fundamental part of these con- siderations is the maintenance management and the restructuring of the stages of the service process, the model proposed by this research is the use of tools such as VSM, BPM, and TPM, whose main objective is to reduce the current rate of orders delivered out of time of 4.78 %, generated by a poor organization of the administrative and logistics area. An analysis of the internal control of maintenance expenses was conducted in an educational institution, using a quantitative and descriptive non-experimental design approach, with a cross-sectional type. A convenience non-probabilistic sample was selected, composed of workers from administrative areas. Literature from authors such as Álvarez-Sanango et al. (2020), Bakhtigozina et al. (2018), Bermeo-Giraldo et al. (2021), Carrillo et al. (2021), and Cevallos Villegas et al. (2018), among others, was consulted.
