This paper develops the main pragmatic contributions brought by the implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Code. It also analyzes the problems regarding its implementation. The model that preceded the criminal procedure reform was a model of inquisitive process, where the judge was the main actor. With the arrival of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, the role of prosecutors and the Public Ministry acquires greater relevance, being these the ones in charge of the investigation in its entirety. Currently there are tools that generate source code automatically. We propose a source code generation architecture focused on the 3-layer architecture, additionally we build a source code generation tool. The Tool allows to load a database schema and from this it generates the source code for the SQL Server and C# language, we use an .xls file to import or export the database schema. We have used 5 code generation requirements and their database schemas for the test, obtaining as a result the generation of source code without errors. Carrying out the time analysis, our model generates 6,998 lines of code per second, in total we have generated 13,283 lines of source code in 1472 milliseconds that correspond to 5 requirements for generating source code with their respective databases.

This paper analyzes the impact of Article 18, paragraph 3 of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, this is developed in relation to Article 149 of the Constitution of Peru. The aforementioned article of the new Criminal Procedure Code states that the penal system can not intervene in those cases where the communal authorities have already exercised their competence. Consequently, it is necessary to develop on which that competence is based. This paper begins by developing the importance of understanding the modifications of the Swiss Penal Code in order to take advantage of the comparative method with respect to the elaboration and interpretation of our criminal laws. In this line, the text introduces us to the thought of Carl Stoos, who elaborated the first draft of the Swiss Criminal Code, prior to the analysis of the reform and the changes in the provisions of the Criminal Code. In this way, the author highlights the influence of Stoos' thinking, especially his postulates regarding the resocialization of the offender and also presents criticisms of the new formulations introduced in the reform regarding the approach to criminal law.

The present paper analyzes the characteristics and functions that the new Criminal Procedure Code assigns to the procedural subjects in Peru. The procedural subjects that the new Code of Criminal Procedure recognizes are mainly the following: the jurisdictional body, the Public Ministry and the accused and his sponsor lawyer. La gran cantidad de información disponible en la Web ha cambiado la forma en que las personas desarrollan software. Por medio de una serie de estudios empíricos, que incluyen encuestas en línea, grupos de enfoque, experimentos de laboratorio y trabajos de campo en los Estados Unidos y Perú, hemos podido identificar cómo los desarrolladores de software resuelven problemas por medio de búsquedas de código fuente en la Web. Para cubrir la potencia suministrada de la futura Central Solar Fotovoltaica Sumac Nina I, se prevé la implementación de una nueva línea 500 kV, que iniciará en el parque de generación de la futura central, mediante la nueva SE Sumac Nina, y teniendo como punto de conexión la Ampliación de la SE Ocoña. El proyecto se encontrará en la región de Arequipa, provincia de Camaná, distrito Ocoña, en la zona UTM WGS84 - 18K, tendrá un recorrido de 38.5 km aproximadamente. La implementación de esta nueva línea de transmisión cumplirá con lo indicado en el Código Nacional de Electricidad (CNE), Procedimiento N° 20 del Comité de Operación Económica del Sistema Interconectado (PR-20), así mismo de las normativas y estándares nacionales e internaciones vigentes.

The present interdisciplinary research addresses the presence of the pink tax in the "women's clothing" category of major department stores and supermarkets in the Peruvian digital market. To identify the factors contributing to this practice, a total of 50,838 products offered by the selected providers were extracted via web scraping. These products, along with their corresponding advertisements, were analyzed from a gender theory perspective. Finally, it is proposed, based on the fidings, that the pink tax would violate the non-discrimination mandate recognized in Article 38 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, as it implies a differentiated pricing on identical and/or very similar products based on gender stereotypes, thereby infringing upon the rights of consumers who identify as women.
