The author analyzes the land tenure and size of the territory and the different perspectives of understanding the property, starting with the western angle of private property, with the individualistic nuance, through public ownership with its nuance of State resources, and finally by the idea of communal property with the collectivist hue, whose ownership lies not with the individual, or the state, but on a group previously identified as culturally consolidated.

In this article I present the new process of land concentration in Peru that has been taking place in the last fifteen years in the context of the laws generated inside the neoliberal model. These laws have allowed the emergency of the latifundium in the most fertile lands of the peruvian coast. Its production is mainly for export. Similarly mining concesions, oil and forestry are generating a new type of land concentration, degrading or destroying this resource together with the existing biodiversity. Finally,the prior consent of indigenous communities established in the Convention 169 ILO signed by the Peruvian state is not been respected as the land in their territories is being handed over as concessions.

This article examines the right to land ownership within the framework of the agrarian regime under the new Peruvian Constitution, focusing on integral agrarian development and the issue of smallholdings. Within this context, it is noted that although the Agrarian Regime prioritizes integral development, without effective agrarian reform, this could favor the wealthiest and perpetuate inequalities, as seen in Peru. Taking into account decisions related to lands and territories of indigenous peoples, the article makes a socio-legal analysis of the situation of indigenous peoples, organized in rural and native communities. The first part discusses the lack of precision in national regulations on the concept of indigenous peoples in relation to communities, and then recounts various legal norms that constitute a setback in the protection of indigenous peoples’ rights. A succinct analysis is also made on collective titling policies, highlighting the tension with extractive activities such as mining and hydrocarbons. Finally, a specific case of the San Martin region is studied.

In the eighteenth century, land titles played a central role in the resolution of land conflicts. This article addresses the different interactions that actors entertained with the production of papers (conservation, care, loss, recovery) not from a legal or theoretical perspective but from the perspective of its use, i.e., actors not as agents but as users. The use of papers refers to a non-theoretical or necessarily conscious handling of documents, and instead, emphasizes the practicalities of interacting with and transfering such papers to the archive. La presente tesis de investigación evalúa la influencia de la implementación de un Chatbot en consultas alimentarias para personas diabéticas. Se plantean tres hipótesis específicas: la influencia en el grado de satisfacción del usuario, en la relevancia de las consultas y en el conocimiento adquirido. Utilizando encuestas iniciales y posteriores, las pruebas estadísticas, como la prueba de Wilcoxon, respaldaron la significancia de estos resultados, llevando al rechazo de las hipótesis nulas y respaldando las hipótesis alternativas. Indigenous organizations were born out of the demand that, to this day, remains the backbone of their agenda: to protect their lands and natural resources, as a guarantees for their subsistence. We describe the anatomy of pediose gland in five species of Megalobulimus (Megalobulimidae) and contrast them with those of succineid, orthalicid and helicid gastropods. The presence of a membrane that isolates the pediose gland from the visceral cavity is a synapomorhy of the Stylommatophora clade. A variable range of fixation of the gland to the muscular foot is observed in studied species, from a gland barely held by few fibers (Megalobulimus) to a totally isolated gland (Cantareus), passing through different intermediate grades (Succinea and Bostryx). The pediose gland in Heterovaginina limayana (Systelomatophora) is not attached to the bottom of the visceral cavity.
