La bioseguridad en la práctica odontológica frente al COVID-19, junto al grado de conocimiento de estos, son de suma importancia tanto para proteger al paciente como al profesional y así evitar el contagio. El OBJETIVO de la presente investigación fue determinar como el grado de conocimiento del protocolo de bioseguridad Covid19 se relaciona con la percepción de riesgo laboral del odontólogo, el MÉTODO de investigación es de tipo hipotético deductivo con planteamiento cuantitativo de alcance correlacional, con una muestra de 217 odontólogos. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de protocolos de bioseguridad frente al covid-19 en el personal de las oficinas farmacéuticas en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, 2021. Materiales y métodos: el enfoque fue cualitativo, el diseño no experimental, descriptivo y transversal. La muestra fue de 200 profesionales. El instrumento empleado fue el Cuestionario de cumplimiento de bioseguridad para la prevención de la covid-19. Within the organizational context, it has been sought to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. To this end, research were collected from various databases where these variables are related, including Scopus, Web of Science, APA Psycnet and Scielo, through the use of the PRISMA protocol (Page et al., 2021). Thus, ten articles were selected for the study. As a result, it was found that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance, given that a worker who shows a high level of job satisfaction tends to perform in a way that achieves organizational objectives. This letter to the editor addresses the importance of informed consent in obstetric care in Peru. It highlights that, despite being legislated, many women do not receive adequate information for effective informed consent in practice, especially during labor. This omission affects the physical and emotional health of mothers and neonates and undermines trust in the healthcare system. Factors such as lack of training among medical staff, cultural and linguistic barriers, paternalistic practices, and the misconception of labor as an emergency contribute to this situation.
