The present investigation was carried out in the company Granja Don Jorge to determine the importance that has been given to safety and health at work and thus be able to implement or improve its safety and health system at work. The research is of a descriptive nature with a non-experimental design in which the phenomena were observed as they occur in their natural environment, being analyzed later. The sample consisted of all the personnel who work in the company, which are 20 workers. For the evaluation of our baseline, we used the Checklist of Guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the R.M. N° 050-2013- TR,(4) under our format SST-FOR-012.
