Objective: To assess the perception of medical graduates in regards to their training in medical interview, physician-patient relationship and communication skills. Materials and Methods: Applicants to a 2005-residency post at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos participated in the study. The questionnaire was designed adapting three instruments. Validity and reliability studies were carried out. Results: A total of 917 graduates completed the questionnaire, 59% were male; 56% between 25-29 years old; 85% responded to having had training in core clinical skill, but various deficiencies were identified: a) clinical method; b) psychosocial data gathering; c) patient´s comprehension examination; d) emotions management; e) non verbal communication. The objective of this research was the perception of administrative management by the workers of the Pensión 65 program, Huánuco 2019. Methods: The study was quantitative in focus, with a descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional and prospective design. The sample consisted of 120 workers from Pension 65. In data collection, an interview with general characteristics and a questionnaire to measure the administrative management of the Pension 65 program, previously validated and reliable, were applied. This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. Teaching practice in rural areas has constituted a pedagogical challenge in recent years, however, it has revealed problems related to the commitment and identity of teachers in innovating their educational practice. The objective of the study was to design a Didactics in Action program to improve rural teaching practice in Yurimaguas, 2021. A qualitative investigation was carried out and the participation of primary level teachers could be counted on, who were interviewed without any inconvenience. The results showed that there is teacher indifference to updating, which implied the urgent need to formulate improvement proposals that addressed the identified problem. It was concluded that rural teaching practice is in a process of change that involves theoretical, methodological, digital, and investigative aspects that will serve as support in the development of students' learning.

This research shows the results of the research developed, whose objective was to design a knowledge management model for the Huánuco SFPQW. The research was divided into two phases: the first qualitative, which allowed developing the proposed conceptual model and the second quantitative, which empirically confirmed the conceptual model. El objetivo es conocer las necesidades psicosociales de mujeres con cáncer de mama desde su experiencia en el proceso de diagnóstico, para lo cual se diseñó un estudio cualitativo con una perspectiva fenomenológica. The results of a qualitative research were exposed, whose objective was to analyze and understand the manifestation of workplace harassment in women of Chilean psychosocial programs that provided care work to victims of violence. Sampling was done intentionally and for convenience. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 women from psychosocial programs of SENAME and SERNAMEG. The content-thematic analysis was carried out for the constructed data. The results showed that the exposure to workplace harassment was stigmatizing, mainly perpetrated by harassment to work, faced preferably with individual defensive strategies. The working conditions were syndicated as the main causes of workplace harassment. It is concluded that it involved damage to mental health and the rights of the workers.
