In the learning society, one of the challenges for teachers in training is the need to define and develop a set of professional skills in their initial training, essential for their subsequent entry into the labor market. In this work, the aim was to delve into the employability skills developed by students in the Primary Education undergraduate study program, their relevance for their process of socio-labor insertion, as well as their global perception to face it. An inter-university study was carried out with a total of 210 students in their final year at Universidad de Murcia and Universidade da Coruña, both Spanish. The collection of information was carried out on the basis of the previously validated Labor Counseling and Insertion Questionnaire. A common theme among research on Amazonian indigenous economies has been the change of its 'traditional' character by processes of market insertion. The case of the Yánesha people, that inhabits the Palcazu valley, has not been the exception. In this space, the development of commercial livestock production and the establishment of three large protected natural areas have been followed by projects around environmental sustainability in the last 30 years. El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

The main objective of the research was to find out how the systemic process influences with the teaching and learning approach, in the labor inclusion of graduates of the Faculty of Law of the National University Hermilio Valdizán. To achieve this, the study was developed based on a descriptive explanatory type, under a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design, for which we worked with a population of 121 graduates and the sample consisted of 37 graduates from the years 2016 and 2017, being of the non-probabilistic type, which were constructed two questionnaires, a questionnaire to measure the systematic teaching-learning process variable, another questionnaire to measure the job placement opportunity variable, all to qualify the level of influence. El desempeño de diferentes estrategias para resolver colisiones en tablas hash sondeo lineal, sondeo cuadrático y listas enlazadas fue evaluado, junto con tres funciones hash no criptográficas de alto rendimiento: Fowler-Noll-Vo versión 1a de 32 y 64 bits, y xxHash de 64 bits, bajo criterios de eficiencia temporal y consumo de memoria. The realization of the photo-electrochemical process consists in percolating the solution to be treated through an electrolytic reactor, in which the anodes coated with metal oxides remains under the effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV). The solution used in this study was contaminated artificially from fecal samples positive for bacteria and intestinal parasites. The emerging international system in the twenty-first century is characterised by a new phase of globalization in which, largely due to the explosion of information and communication technologies, the role and activity of a variety of actors –outside and within states– has been significantly strengthened. While the states remain as the main actors of the world system, the current configuration of the international order no longer responds to the Westphalian state-centric paradigm that shaped international relations until the end of the twentieth century. In this new scenario, the role of subnational actors is increasingly active, which opens a window of opportunity for developing nations to improve their competitive and cooperative insertion in the international system at both regional and global levels.

The objective was to analyze the management of procedures and its implication in the labor insertion of graduates of the Avansys Private Technological Higher Education Institute; To achieve this, the methodology of qualitative evaluation with The Most Significant Change was used. Evidence that 27.3% were better qualified for a job position by having the title and 84.6% consider it necessary to obtain the title to enter the job market. It was concluded that the management of the institute's degree hinders the employment of graduates. The factor that makes the process difficult is the high cost and the delay in the process that exceeds the established time.

The purpose of the study is to describe the process of job insertion in a context of the local labour market of the graduates to identify traits of discrimination originated by their hybrid professional profile . A case study and a qualitative approach were used to investigate the graduates of the first two generations of the Business Sciences Degree of a small Mexican public university. The results contradict the advantages attributed to hybrid university careers, far from facilitating the incorporation to the work, it found that hybrid graduates compete of unequal way for job offers due to two situations: lack of social knowledge of their profession by all employers that originates the absence of demand of these professionals, and lack of professional identity of graduates that causes they are unable to justify and defend the usefulness of their hybrid training.
