Quality Risk Management (QRM) in the pharmaceutical industry and especially in the manufacture of sterile products is of vital importance for its impact on health. The objective of this work is, to design and jointly apply risk management matrices to validate the aseptic process of injectable solutions. For the design of the Simulated Aseptic Process (APS) the following risk matrices were developed: Risk matrix for the determination of the worst case; Time matrix of the simulated aseptic process; Risk Matrix of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA); Risk matrix routine and non-routine interventions. This article shows the process of molding plastic extrusion and injection information that will provide a comprehensive and simple idea in this type of industrial activity.Extrusion is a process used to manufacture products such as PVC pipes , rods and the insulated wire coating plastics and other products of constant section. This process involves heating the plastic and cause its output by pressure through a hole in a certain way and then cooling it in a machine called an extruder.The injection is performed by the injection molding machines in a similar way to the extruders ; except that the extruder while continuously preiona plastic material through unamatriz , makes a fuel entering a cold mold . Then wait until the cold molded material is to be removed from the mold before it is refilled . is used to manufacture products such as taznes , mugs , toys, etc.

Potential risks associated with the cuttings re-injection process as an alternative method for drilling wastes disposal were identi- fied and assessed in two offshore platforms located at the southwest of the Campeche Sonda in Mexico. Risks were evaluated using the HAZOP methodology, to identifying hazards in 11 nodes. In addition, deviations in the process were analyzed, and each risk analyzed was categorized as tolerable or non-tolerable and providing some recommendations. Consequences derived from accidental spills of slurry and/or cuttings were analyzed using the mathematical model YAXUM 3D to simulate the pollu- tants dispersion in seawater in three different climatic periods. Se implemento una programación para el evaporador, para el sistema no ideal de arrastre de vapor de aceite esencial de naranja y para su simulación se utilizó un programa en TIA Portal utilizando también Microsoft Excel como fuente de entrada de datos. El control del sistema se realizó a la temperatura de proceso en respuesta al flujo de vapor inyectado para producir arrastre, que es la fuente de calor requerida para que ocurra este fenómeno. El siguiente trabajo de investigación se realizó en una empresa de la industria plástica que se dedica a la inyección y soplado de productos plásticos. Durante el análisis del área de Producción se observa que la empresa tiene una demanda insatisfecha de 206.84Tn mensuales en promedio de material plástico procesado, para determinar el problema se evalúa el OEE de la producción y se encuentra en 50.9%, el mismo está por debajo de una empresa de clase mundial que tiene 68.5% (Ames et al., 2019), al revisar los componentes del OEE (disponibilidad, rendimiento y calidad) se encuentra que la disponibilidad es la más baja con 65.5%. De esta manera, se determina que el problema es la baja disponibilidad de las máquinas inyectoras de plástico. En el presente trabajo de tesis se desarrolla y valida una metodología para la simulación del comportamiento de fluidos en estructuras de dispositivos Lab-On-a-Chip (LOC) para microfluídica haciendo uso del paquete computacional de código abierto OpenFOAM® por medio del script basado en el método SIMPLE. El primer LOC tiene un mezclador en Y simple de 0.375 mm2 de área transversal y el segundo es un mezclador caótico en Y con un área similar al anterior.
