En este trabajo jurídico, se llevará a cabo un análisis detallado del proceso disciplinario inmediato relacionado con el expediente N°116-2020-JNJ, seguido por la Junta Nacional de Justicia (JNJ) contra Luis Carlos Arce Córdova, debido a su conducta irregular durante su desempeño como fiscal supremo miembro del Pleno del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE). El procedimiento se inicia el 2 de julio de 2020 a través de la Resolución N°020- 2020-PLENO-JNJ. Consecuentemente, el fiscal investigado presenta su descargo mediante escrito de fecha 21 de julio de 2020, solicitando se declaren infundados los cargos en su contra y la nulidad de todo lo actuado. The present study aimed to: verify the effectiveness that has the Active Teaching Program in Learning Strategies students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the National University Hermilio Valdizán, Huanuco - 2012. This article describes the analysis made about the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions mainly generated by domestic electric energy consumption and wastes produced by households. A district zoning was also made through a cluster analysis according to various characteristics of interest. The results of the statistical processing, estimation, projections, data gathering, among others, were shown in an information system specially elaborated for that purpose and in this system thresholds were established as a reference for the generation of warning signals of CO2 high emission levels that were implemented in a digital tachometer inside the information pyramid proposed.

This research examines how information about President Dina Boluarte’s statements on the Rolex case was published in the newspaper La República betweenMarch 14 and April 6, 2024. For this study, fundamental criteria such as editorial line, journalistic criteria, and genres considered in the editions published during thatperiod were analyzed. A qualitative approach and a hermeneutic design were chosen. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 18 editions of the newspaper. Among the most notable findings, the media outlet was identified by its editorial line of opposition to the president.
