Una de las causales de inhabilitación para contratar con el estado es aquella vinculada acontratar con éste estando impedido de hacerlo. entre otros, está impedida de contratar con el estado, la sociedad que cuenta con accionistas, directores, representantes legales o apoderados comunes al sancionado. también lo están aquellos que recurren a la reorganización societaria o a los testaferros para enervar los efectos de la sanción impuesta. el presente artículo aborda estos casos y plantea en qué supuestos el impedimento no debiera operar.

El proyecto de innovación de la prestación del servicio inscripción registral del Registro de Bienes Muebles que brinda el sistema registral, tiene la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de los servicios, así como la accesibilidad de los ciudadanos a los servicios registrales, las mismas que otorgan la seguridad jurídica a las transacciones económicas y sociales de los ciudadanos, que a su vez crean condiciones para el desarrollo socioeconómica del país. Project evaluation must consider both investment costs and completion times, both of which are subject to uncertainty. This article presents an approach to explicitly incorporate the uncertainty in the duration of activities necessary to complete a project. The PERT and CPM methods, widely adopted in industry and government since the 1950s, help manage the interdependence of project activities. Although originally differentiated by their handling of time and cost, these methods share the limitation of not adequately considering uncertainty. They use three-time estimates (optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic) for a "probabilistic analysis" of the critical path, but this approach does not address multiple scenarios nor adjust the critical path based on actual time variations. The architectural professional career in its process of adaptation requires implementing these procedures. The evaluation of the performance process of architecture students, especially in design workshops, has the rubric as a qualitative instrument used to describe their performance.
