El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de los métodos de procesamiento y control de esterilización en la prevención de los factores de riesgo de complicaciones de la herida quirúrgica post Cesárea Hospital María Auxiliadora 2017. Como variables se menciona los Métodos de Control proceso esterilización que se dividió en dimensiones tales como la limpieza, el empaque, el proceso de esterilización y el almacenaje y distribución, también como variable se presenta la prevención de complicaciones de la herida quirúrgica post cesárea con dimensiones como lo relacionado al huésped y lo relacionado con la intervención. Luego de la recolección de datos serán procesados utilizando para ello el programa estadístico Excel y el paquete estadístico SPSS 23.0.

In this work we carried out the mathematical modeling of the wound healing process, which is a well documented topic in medical and biological practice; but mathematically speaking there are still too much to be done for a clear understanding of the healing phenomom. Here we contribute to the mathematical modelling by using chemical kinetic concepts and mathematical tools, from which we have been able to formulate a system of ordinary differential equations of initial value, whose solution is presented graphically in front of a case study, where we have tested an active pharmaceutical principle with respect to its effectiveness. Finally, the speed of the healing process for such a case study produced an excellent agreement with experimental data that has been omitted due to confidentiality.

Objetivo: Analizar la evidencia acerca de la eficacia del apósito de alginato de calcio para acelerar el proceso de epitelización en pacientes con úlceras varicosas. Materiales y Métodos: Las Revisiones Sistemáticas son un diseño de investigación observacional y retrospectiva, que sintetiza los resultados de múltiples investigaciones primarias. Son parte esencial de la enfermería basada en la evidencia por su rigurosa metodología, identificando los estudios relevantes para responder preguntas específicas de la práctica clínica. Objetivo: realizar las intervenciones para el proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a un paciente con heridas complejas por mordedura canina en el servicio de hospitalización de la Clínica Divino Niño Jesús. Material y Métodos: se llevó a cabo un estudio de caso clínico, de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, se utilizó el instrumento para la valoración por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon, también las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC. La población, consistió en un paciente se sexo masculino de 51 años con diagnóstico de heridas complejas. Las infecciones de sitio quirúrgico representan altos costos al sistema de salud y una de las causas es la falta de conocimiento para el cuidado correcto de la herida operatoria. La implementación de sesiones educativas permite fortalecer los conocimientos para un autocuidado eficaz. Trauma has now become a pandemic with a severe social en economical impact upon society. High morbidity and mortality rates; and especially the high costs of frequent permanent sequels of trauma, put pressure on healthcare systems for facing this condition using a multidisciplinary approach, looking for minimizing damage using multiple strategies. In this respect, healthcare systems must be adequately organized as well as all the processes in order to achieve good outcomes when taking care of polytraumatized patients; consequently, healthcare teams must be adequately prepared, always looking for continuous training and updating with respect to initial management of these patients, since, according to many studies, mortality rates reach the highest values during the first hour after the event, and 25% of deceases occur because of an inadequate management.

Con el objetivo de determinar la frecuencia de presentación de la Enfermedad de la Línea Blanca (ELB), se examinaron los cascos de 16 equinos de la raza Caballo Peruano de Paso de un criadero privado en el distrito de Cieneguilla; y de 23 equinos del cruce Hannoveriano - Pura Sangre de Carrera pertenecientes al Hospital Veterinario Central del Ejército, ubicado en el distrito de Chorrillos (Lima – Perú). El método diagnóstico empleado fue la observación clínica de la zona de unión pared - suela durante el recorte de casco. Todos los equinos examinados (100%) presentaron ELB por lo menos en un casco. The objective of this report was to compare the healing process between Alveolex and Hemocollagen in third molar surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, National University of the Peruvian Amazon, 2023; working under a quantitative approach of experimental design, made up of a population of 60 students who underwent third molar surgery, to whom the observation sheet was used to collect information. After the results analyzed, it was concluded that the complete healing when using Alveolex is evident in all case, analyzed after 14 days, likewise, the Hemocollagen presents absence of healing in 55% and the difference has only achieved partial healing. En el presente estudio se procesaron 14 muestras embebidas en parafina de un total de 28 con procesos neoplásicos vesicales de bovinos con hematuria vesical enzoótica bovina (HVEB). De las 14 muestras: 01/14 ha sido diagnosticada como Papiloma, 04/14 como Carcinomas y 09/14 presentan en el mismo tejido vesical Carcinomas y Hemangiosarcomas, además de describirse en 02 muestras la presencia de “Nidos Angioblásticos”, que aparentemente son células endoteliales agrupadas con características de malignidad y se encontraron en el mismo tejido de dos Hemangiosarcomas.
