Oocyte in vitro maturation (IVM) is a reproductive technique that generates oocytes capable of supporting preimplantation embryo development and its complete development, which has been used for a long time in animals but in humans is still an emerging technology. In the last decade, studies have been conducted in order to improve the efficacy of that technology; results obtained by using commercially available media are still inferior to reproductive techniques as in vitro fertilization (IVF). However, collection of mature oocytes in gonadotropins’ hyperstimulated cycles increases the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and none of the strategies used to predict its occurrence has completely eliminated the risk. Las elecciones municipales y regionales se realizan cada cuatro años, para elegir a las autoridades ediles, para dar inicio a una gestión y cumplir las propuestas de campaña plasmados en sus planes de gobierno que son presentados al Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, a ello se suman que al ser electos arrastran juicios, denuncias y/o en el ejercicio de sus funciones cometen, en algunos casos, el delitos que concluyen en causal de condena consentida o ejecutoriada por delito doloso con pena privativa de la libertad, establecida en el artículo 22, numeral 6, de la ley 27972, ley orgánica de municipalidades. El estudio que se presenta fue cuantitativo, transversal, sin intervención, prospectivo y correlacional, es decir, no causal propiamente dicho. Los resultados señalaron que, existe relación entre ambas variables, por lo que se aceptó la conjetura alterna.

El alto grado de informalidad de nuestra economía donde 8 de cada 10 dólares están fuera del sistema flotando en una economía centrada en la circulación de efectivo genera como consecuencia una serie de ineficiencias que encarecen el modelo económico de los ciudadanos de a pie y evita la posibilidad de disponer de recursos públicos que puedan ser usados efectivamente para el desarrollo nacional. Esto es particularmente sensible en un contexto donde el atractivo del sistema transaccional y/o tributario formal es muy pobre y donde a pesar del incremento relativo de la recaudación fiscal logrado el 2018 se opera aún sobre una escasa, frágil y pobre base tributaria que lamentablemente no ha crecido en el tiempo.
