Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). Clarifying the question about the homological nature of the trait identity is central to addressing the swampman argument. In this article it's saying that treatment of youth violence in our context is, generally, of diagnosis kind, except some applications in minor scale. But now we have a behavioural technology developed for this in other countries, with exitous proofs adapted and maked to our reality. The functional analysis implicated in this technology is embracing they antecedent, present and consequent dimensions of aggressive episode, for identification of risk factors and postulating the corrective actions. I suggest that behavioural programs are systematic interventions and they have solid empirical dales. They are powerful alternatives for integrating commentary strategies in conjunction with experts.

The objective of this workshop is the creation of problems about algebra and the composition of functions, for which will be created using GeoGebra software. The aim is to motivate the ability to critically evaluate the quality of a mathematicalactivity around the solution of a problem and to have the ability to modify it in order to achieve enriching mathematical activities. To achieve this purpose, the strategy of problem creation by variation will be applied, which consists of presenting the participants with a problem, in the framework of a very concrete episode, in a teacher's class, this episode briefly describes some of the reactions of his students when solving the problem. After a sequence of activities, the participants will create and solve problems, and finally, they will socialize synchronously about their experience in the workshop.

El objetivo de este trabajo es establecer la convergencia de un método multiplicador proximal utilizando distancias generalizadas para resolver problemas de minimización convexa con estructura separable, motivados en particular en la solución de problemas de optimización de gran tamaño que surgen en redes de telecomunicaciones y en la gestión de producción de energía eléctrica. Los procedimientos utilizados fueron la recopilación de información en revistas científicas y textos especializados, el estudio de los mismos y finalmente el uso de herramientas matemáticas para estudiar la convergencia de la sucesión del método propuesto. Se trata de un problema de geometría circular del límite con análisis de parámetros físicos, interviene factores como el espesor, radial de una membrana y densidad, consiste en estudiar el movimiento vibratorio utilizando funciones de Bessel con análisis y formulación de ecuaciones diferenciales parciales que describen la vibración de una membrana circular. El objetivo es analizar y aplicar la función de Bessel para sistematizar el movimiento que se produce debido a la restauración de fuerzas creadas por deformaciones. Los resultados demuestran que a medida que complicamos la ecuación con datos en la frontera, surge la necesidad de nuevos conceptos matemáticos.

The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) are independent methodologies, that can be used and developed freely, but can be an important enhancer when you want to achieve innovation if they work together. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the customers’ requirements in a product manufactured with biodegradable materials, the output result when applying the QFD was the quality critic related to toxicity, while the input information for the matrix TRIZ’s technical contradictions were the translation of the quality critic to one of the 39 technical design parameters, corresponding to parameter 30 (Harmful factors acting on the object from outside), being considered as the transfer point between the methodologies thus achieving the integration of both.

El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la convergencia de una extensión del método del punto proximal para minimizar una clase de funciones no convexas sobre el ortante no negativo y dar algunas aplicaciones del método en la solución de modelos económicos que aparecen en microeconomía. Los procedimientos utilizados fueron la recopilación de información en revistas científicas y textos especializados, el estudio de los mismos y finalmente el uso de herramientas matemáticas para estudiar la convergencia de la sucesión del método. Los resultados del estudio nos muestran que, bajo algunas hipótesis adecuadas, las iteraciones generadas por el método están bien definidas y la sucesión converge débilmente a un punto de KKT.

The aim of this work is to study the convergence of a extension of the proximal point method for minimizing a class of nonconvex functions on the nonnegative orthant and give some applications of the method in the solution of economics models which appears in microeconomy. The used procedures were the collection of information in scientific journals and specialized books, the study of the same and finally the use of mathematical tools to study the convergence of the sequence of the method. The results show that, under some appropriate assumptions, the iterations generated by the method are well defined and the sequence converges weakly to a KKT point.

En el presente trabajo se estudia una estrategia para un tipo de problema convexo, Tratamos un problema de programación lineal cuyos coeficientes de las variables de decisión en la función objetivo tienen un comportamiento no lineal. Cuando los coeficientes son constantes el Método Simplex resuelve estos problemas sin mayor dificultad, pero cuando los coeficientes dejan de ser constantes ya el simplex no funciona, Se propone una técnica que explota el comportamiento convexo de dichos coeficientes y hace uso de la teoría de aproximación por funciones lineales a trozos.

In the present’s paper studying a strategy for a typo of convex problem, we treat a linear programming problem whose coefficient of decision variables in the objective function has a nonlinear behavior. When the coefficients are constant the Simplex Method solves these problems without much difficulty, but when the coefficients are no longer constant and the Simplex does not work. We propose a technique that exploits the convex behavior of these coefficients and uses the theory of approximation by piecewise linear functions.

This paper presents the preliminary results of a pilot experiment in which prospective elementary school teachers have to solve arithmetic problems from elementary school textbooks related to the use of fractions through a technological environment. The main objective of the experiment, in addition to assessing the knowledge of the future teachers, is to measure the performance of the students based on the type of feedback received after answering multiple choice questions. The data collected allow us to verify the positive impact of using messages with aids compared to using only correct or error messages. On the other hand, we consolidate a methodology to use the measurement of student reading time provided by the technological environment as a proxy to determine the complexity of verbal problems.

The vehicle routing problem is one of the most studied problems in Operations Re-search. Different variants have been treated in the past 50 years and with technological advances, new challenges appear. In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. In the con-text considered here, a unique base station is connected with the outside and a vehicle is responsible for collecting information via wireless connection to the vehicle when it is located in another sufficiently close station. En el presente trabajo, consideramos el problema de minimizar una función continua, cuasiconvexa y Holder sobre el conjunto optimal, no necesariamente diferenciable. Para esto utilizamos las direcciones normalizadas del cono normal de los conjuntos de nivel de la función y elegimos los pasos basándonos en el conocimiento del valor óptimo de la función objetivo, también presentamos un ejemplo y su implementación computacional en Matlab.
