Currently, the implementation of support and ensuring the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation is one of the most important tasks of the state. The primary task of state tax regulation is to ensure such a mechanism for taxing the activities of small and medium-sized businesses, in which, on the one hand, the optimal level of tax burden is ensured, and on the other hand, there are stable and predictable tax revenues to the budget system. One of the tools of tax regulation are special tax regimes that provide support and development of small and medium-sized businesses, simplify the mechanism of taxation and tax administration, and optimize the tax burden. One of such special tax regimes is the patent taxation system.

El proyecto de Plan de Acción que presentamos es el resultado de un proceso de estudio y análisis de nuestra problemática institucional, lo que nos llevó a la selección de una serie de problemas para priorizar el de mayor impacto en el aprendizaje por lo que consideramos atender la deficiente orientación en la planificación curricular de las sesiones de aprendizaje de la Institución Educativa N° 40200 República Federal Alemana del distrito Jacobo Hunter Arequipa. With the purpose to solve recurring problems about governability of the peruvian Republic corroded by mediocrity and corruption, and in order that the long-standing exclusion from the life of the nation of part the Peruvians who trace their origins to Caral and to the Tahuantinsuyo and having started 'ethnic revolutions' in defense of their territories and rights, in this essay I proposes to spend the constitutionalism of the legislature as a mechanism to reform the 1993 constitution, the ataráxico constitutionalism that gives stability to the republic and pro: mote consensual constitutional reforms to prevens us from falling in to similar couse to that the followed villages Bolivia and Ecuador to approve his recent constitutions; and we can move forward with prudence and certainty toward a truly pluralistic society and an effectively sovereign state.

Último número del Volumen 5 de la revista en el que se resalta aspectos de la seguridad nacional reafirmando que en el Perú existen múltiples dimensiones de la realidad nacional en la que se desarrollan escenarios de riesgo. La particularidad nacional radica en el incremento de problemas –en el ámbito interno–que afectan a la seguridad y el desarrollo nacional, lo cual conlleva a mantener la diversidad de estudios e investigaciones que resalten la interdependencia de la seguridad y el desarrollo, pero no se descuida el análisis del avance de la guerra, como es el caso del empleo de drones, mercenarios y plantas nucleares en el conflicto entre la Federación de Rusia y Ucrania. En el mes aniversario del CAEN-EPG se destaca su importante rol en provecho de propuestas para optimizar nuestra seguridad nacional, superando a los adversarios de la Patria.

Contracts with preference clauses are agreements adopted by the parties to voluntarily continue to be bound at the end of the contract, with either party unilaterally exercising the right to enter into a new contract. Currently, the Federación Peruana de Fútbol has problems with certain clubs in the framework of transmission rights contracts containing this type of clauses.This paper will address the following points.First, we will explain what are the preference rights and how they are configured. Next, we will analyse the concept of ‘tacit representations’ in relation to pre-emptive covenants. Finally, we will frame the two previous points in the case of the Federation in order to understand the problems that revolve around the contracts that regulate transmission rights.

Financial literacy and financial capacity of schoolchildren should be developed to meet the requirements of the rapidly developing society and increasingly complicated financial system of the Russian Federation. The authors focused on the financial education of schoolchildren who represent a special target group in financial relations. The main research methods were general scientific methods of cognition: systematization of theoretical and practical material, induction, deduction, comparative analysis, and synthesis. The independent auditors periodically publish reports that summarize the audit results. These reports reinforce the financial communication and reliability of accounting information. International Standards on Auditing (ISA) determine the content of audit reports and the quality of audit results. La presente tesis busca comprender cómo las mujeres que se autoidentifican como kukamas kukamirias asumieron liderazgos y configuraron organizaciones en la comunidad de Cuninico y en la Federación de Pueblos Cocamas Unidos del Marañón (FEDEPCUM) durante los derrames petroleros del 2014 y 2022 que afectaron la cuenca baja del río Marañón, en Loreto. La política monetaria en los Estados Unidos no es la misma desde la crisis internacional de 2008-2009. Con la crisis, debido a que la tasa de interés de los fondos federales- el instrumento convencional de política monetaria- se redujo hasta casi cero, la Reserva Federal (FED) tuvo que recurrir a dos instrumentos no convencionales.
