Objective. To evaluate the procedures used to determine the population and the sample in research works carried out to obtain a master's degree at the Universidad César Vallejo, Huancayo. Methods. The research was of basic type, descriptive level and simple descriptive design. The sample consisted of 202 research papers with a quantitative approach that were analyzed with the evaluation form of population and sample criteria designed for the study. Results. 100% of the studies used non-probabilistic sampling, did not present a theoretical population, did not consider inclusion and exclusion criteria, and considered the sample size inadequately. The evaluation of teachers has been conducted with instruments such as the Teacher Behavior Checklist (TBC), whose evidence of content validity was obtained by verbal reporting. The relationship between six TBC items and the “Good Teacher” stimulus was assessed using the IRAP, and the correlation between the score of participants in an undergraduate course and the teacher’s assessment was assessed. Forty university students participated, who answered both instruments and reported the grade received in the discipline. The D-IRAP scores’ averages were statistically significant for “good teacher-positive-true” and “bad teacher-negative-true”. The correlation indexes between the participants’ grades in the discipline and the way they evaluated the teacher were not statistically significant.

The objective of this research is to propose a procedure that allows the evaluation of occupational risk factors and their impact on the work performance of DDS users. The research considered exploratory, descriptive, fieldwork and synthesis analysis methods. The procedure consisted of four stages: diagnosis of the current situation, risk assessment, incidence of risks in work performance, and risk control. Its main contribution lies in the compilation, selection, proposal and explanation of the tools that allow studying different workers whose activities are focused on the use of DDS.

In the present article, the figure of administrative expiration is developed from the approach of police disciplinary administrative procedures. In that matter, the author approaches the subject from the analysis of Law No. 27444, Law of General Administrative Procedure, and the rules that shape the disciplinary regime of the National Peruvian Police. This work constitutes an important effort that consolidates the policys that must be followed by both the operators and the administrators of the Police Disciplinary System for the proper calculation of the expiration period.

In this article the author seeks to address the general amparoprocess under Peruvian law, according to their legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine. Also he analyzed the object of protection of amparo, and the current situation which is facing due to its denaturation by its indiscriminate use. that situation is consider by our current Constitutional Procedural Code, which states the exceptional nature of this resource to address violations of fundamental rights, so that evaluation of their origin must be on a case by case basis. Finally, the author analyzes the special status of the precautionary measures within an amparo process.

The research article describes and specifies the guarantees that must be observed in an unrestricted manner during the declaration of the accused during the preparatory investigation stage, and the trial. It also seeks to establish whether the reading of the previous statements of the accused during the trial affects their right to remain silent. In the same way, it tries to specify how the contradictory statements of the accused should be evaluated during the criminal process. Finally, it seeks to determine whether the statement provided by the accused during the criminal process has evidentiary aptitude to be assessed by the jurisdictional body.

This article addresses the design of an evaluation strategy for the learning of children with diverse characteristics, based on the implementation of the Universal Learning Design (ULD) and from the qualitative methodology of an evaluative-projective type. I propose to present the findings and conclusions from the four categories of analysis: educational evaluation, evaluation of learning, learning strategies, population with diverse characteristics and the methodological approach proposed by the ULD.
