El propósito de esta investigación es entender e implementar la licencia social para operar (LSO) en el contexto de las industrias extractivas en el Perú, a través de la descripción de sus aspectos relevantes, los cuales son: (a) las empresas necesitan internalizar la existencia de la LSO y desarrollar capacidades para gestionarla; (b) tener una definición de LSO común entendida por todos; (c) identificar a los actores involucrados en la negociación de la LSO y que sean aceptados por todos; (d) tener claras las expectativas de las poblaciones de las comunidades donde operan los proyectos para gestionarlas adecuadamente y evitar el surgimiento de conflictos sociales; (e) los factores clave de éxito al momento de la negociación. La matemática desde sus inicios ha intentado describir la realidad en cual se vive, a través del tiempo ha ido apoyando a las diferentes ciencias las cuales mediante este soporte formal y abstracto ha sido enormemente fortalecido con el tiempo generando modelos matemáticos, formulas, expresiones que puedan resolver problemas reales en la medida que se pueda. Por mientras, que la economía donde se estudia y analiza los diferentes fenómenos que involucran la dinámica de generación de bienes y recursos, servicios y procesos en el mercado, por lo cual la economía ha necesitado de la matemática para formalizar de manera lógica con expresiones formales y abstractas pero con interpretaciones aplicadas a la realidad.

This article provides a critical view of the evolution of law teaching in a context such as globalisation. To that extent, the author mentions how the reform of teaching at the Faculty of Law of the PUCP was initiated. From this, it was expected that the reform in legal education should be able to respond to social demands and contribute to the correct training of students, as well as provide the necessary resources to implement new legal specialisations in the light of the Peruvian social reality. In this way, the author argues that globalisation demands that the new generations break with the traditional paradigms of law teaching, which for a long time focused on a formalist and dogmatic formation of law. This paper analyzes an historical work of the Mexican liberal Jose Maria Luis Mora (1794-1850): Mexico y sus Revoluciones (1836). There Mora understands the Mexico's history from categories like revolution and progress, which are very important in the Mora's project of nation. With our analysis about that book, whose author was one of the greatest Mexico's liberal thinker of first half 19th century, it is possible to obtain some precision about Mora's concept of the revolutionary time in the early Mexican nation.

In December 2019, a new virus appeared in Wuhan (China), SARS-CoV-2, the origin of the disease called COVID-19 that has currently caused a pandemic that devastates the planet. Globally, the scientific community is dedicating all its efforts to understand the virus, the disease and to find solutions that will lead the world out of this nightmare. This article reviews the data on the evolution of the disease, describes the biological processes that cause the major part of the deaths, and discusses the treatments used to mitigate the disease. Popular music has used new technologies and the globalizing nature of our time to expand into different species of daily life. We live overstimulated by different rhythms, melodies and sounds. In this diverse context, how do we explain that we like something new? In what follows, we propose to explain the genesis of taste, starting from the temporal structure of surprise proposed by Natalie Depraz: anticipation-impression-resonance. The idea is to understand taste as a possibility of surprise; as a resonance of the first sound experience. In this way, a different perspective on the aesthetics of taste can be offered: outside or differentiating itself from established aesthetic models. Furthermore, it will be possible to understand how surprise participates in the origin of the different musical communities that are responsible for sustaining mass musical productions.
