El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto de la implementación del RPA (Robotic Process Automation) en la satisfacción laboral con un modelo que permita medir la satisfacción a través de diferentes variables. Por ello, se emplearán los factores motivacionales de la Teoría de los dos factores de Frederick Herzberg y su impacto en la satisfacción laboral en un contexto de RPA. Este estudio se realiza a través de entrevistas a expertos que implementan RPA y líderes usuarios de áreas en empresas del sector bancario donde se emplea esta herramienta, así como con la consulta a fuentes secundarias que complementan lo encontrado con los entrevistados.

Although there are various technologies for its treatment, bioremediation is a potential alternative because it is friendly to the environment. This study focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) specializing in heavy equipment maintenance. It introduces an innovative model that links the operational efficacy of technical processes to the overall effectiveness of maintenance services. This approach considers all elements of the value chain, including the processes and resources involved at each stage. The research highlights that a gap in the technical development of these processes hinders companies from achieving optimal outcomes due to inconsistency in maintenance methods. To address this challenge, a quantitative study has been conducted to explore the causal relationship between the efficacy of technical processes and the effectiveness of maintenance services. The purpose of this article is to establish the processes of the modern Latin American tragic hero in four novels by the writer Gabriel García Márquez: One Hundred Years of Solitude, Love in the Time of Cholera, Of Love and Other Demons, and Chronicle of a Death Foretold. La presente investigación desarrolla la automatización del diseño del sistema de aparejos para el izaje de módulos sujetados desde su base, para reducir su tiempo de diseño. Los aceites esenciales extraídos de diversas partes de las plantas han sido empleados desde tiempos ancestrales con fines medicinales, condimentarios, conservantes y aromatizantes. En este estudio, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica sobre el uso de aceites esenciales en la industria de embutidos. Se empleó la metodología PRISMA para recopilar la información, obteniendo un total de 15 documentos técnicos y 17 documentos específicos sobre aceites de plantas aromáticas y sus efectos en productos cárnicos, siguiendo criterios de inclusión y considerando palabras clave relevantes. The oralization settlement in the labor process has implied a different dynamic from that previously had. But this has not been the only change in the labor reform. Therefore, the new procedural system has incorporated diversity legal process forms of settlement agreements. Thus, the employer or employee can exercise their right of action to resort to other mechanisms that resolve disagreement in the employment relationship. This new legislative method has brought us to establish two antagonistic positions: on the one hand, some who support the viability of applying the availability test based on private autonomy and the initiative of part in the process; and on the other hand, those who argue, under the principle of inalienability, the protective role that the judge should have against these processes.
