La contaminación de suelos por metales es un problema ambiental y la fitorremediación ha probado ser una técnica que promete la recuperación de estos suelos. Aun así, la selección de especies para hacer usadas en la fitorremediación son clave para obtener resultados promisorios. A continuación, a través de una revisión de literatura sistematizada se analizaron 125 investigaciones publicadas entre 2016 al 2021 de las distintas especies de plantas acumuladoras para disminuir la contaminación y recuperar los suelos, de las cuales fueron seleccionadas quince. In this paper, the author focuses on treatment that genocide receives from the field of sociology, then he checks the differences of sociological studies with legal regulation contained in Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, specifically to groups that are subject to protection in legal definition of genocide.To achieve his purpose, the author develops how the process of production of the Convention was as well the criticism of legal definition of genocide in sociology. The author concludes sociological definitions have limitations, gives primacy to legal concept of genocide and affirms that social groups not protected by the Convention find protection by other rules of International Criminal Law.

La argumentación jurídica es una de las fórmulas predilectas de la aplicación del Derecho, formar un buen orador jurídico implica dotarlos de técnicas expositivas como una base de conocimiento firme. El panel de discusión es una estrategia de enseñanza que aúna estos dos elementos esenciales para el desarrollo argumentativo en el ámbito educativo y jurídico. The statistics of the major international health organizations, shows that most affected by sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are young, which also can have consequences that affect the rest of their lives. An audience study to understand how a selected sample of university students construct ideas about these diseases, how these notions are reflected in their sexual practice, and what sources prefer to learn on the subject, reveals that traditional media are no longer within of the main areas in which they obtain information or share ideas about STIs. Neither their schools provide reliable information on the subject. They prefer face-to-face communication, and the Internet and social networks to the extent that allow interactivity and dialogue. They favor a playful perspective as well as practical and useful information.

El presente artículo pretende contribuir al debate sobre la minería informal, la cual ha experimentado una notable expansión en el sur andino peruano en los últimos años, y busca analizar los discursos estigmatizantes de ciertos sectores sociales y del Estado peruano, principalmente desde Lima. Después de problematizar los conceptos movilizados para pensar ese fenómeno, se buscará caracterizar a los actores sociales de la minería informal e indagar en las raíces y los impactos que viene teniendo el fenómeno en la zona de trabajo. El presente trabajo busca analizar, a partir de estudios realizados en América Latina, si la televisión influye en el desarrollo de comportamientos agresivos en escolares. Para llevarlo a cabo, se estudiaron casos de tres países de la región donde se evidenció que la televisión influyó en el comportamiento de los menores. El rango de edades que los estudios consideraron va entre los cuatro y doce años, puesto que, según los autores, es una etapa altamente influenciable del ser humano. Asimismo, resulta importante ahondar sobre este tema porque los cambios que se generen en el desarrollo de los comportamientos de estos escolares van a repercutir en su accionar futuro, además que al conocer esta problemática, los medios podrán regular su contenido para prevenir estas modificaciones de conducta.

“Entre Otras Cuestiones” es un pódcast de debate y opinión sobre coyuntura política y temas variados, tales como deportes, cultura, entre otros. Este pódcast está conducido por los jóvenes periodistas Giordano Palomino y Sebastián Sevilla. Dicho proyecto está pensado principalmente para la plataforma Spotify. El presente proyecto se diferencia de pódcast similares en que no se concentra exclusivamente en una sola temática; por más que los temas políticos estén presentes en cada edición, también son tratados temas de interés como lo son los deportes, temas culturales, entre otras cuestiones. Self-efficacy in students plays an essential role in their integral development, both in their training and in the academic field, particularly in relation to the confidence they have in their own abilities to communicate orally in different social contexts. The present research aims to demonstrate that the cooperative strategy called Structured Academic Controversy (CAE) favors the development of communicative self-efficacy in students of secondary level of Regular Basic Education in Peru. This article is the result of qualitative research through which we seek to understand the problem of school dropout, seeking to deconstruct it from an analysis of the perceptions of educational actors. This research was carried out in an urban and rural environment, which offers us interesting results to contribute to the discussion of socio-educational processes and the importance of a comprehensive orientation in education through the instances and spaces of the school. The results put on the agenda to review how the participation processes occur; the levels of integration and social articulation (school, family and community), and how this can affect the school trajectory.

Discussion on convergence, represented in a variety of academic fields related to communication, has not included production and consumption of content, notwithstanding the relative abundance of references to convergence in Peruvian business and government papers. This is addressed by drafting a definition of convergence analyzing its specific manifestation, trying to generalize how it affects the viability of media industries and the definition of communication policy. Models of convergence are analyzed and an interpretation that helps to understand convergence as a social and cultural phenomenon is proposed.

It is a recurring issue and a lot of insistence; basis for many key conclusions and statements of his apologetic project and for the context in which they were written. The bibliography usually identifies the truth in the author from the religious and Christian nuance, forgetting that his text can contribute to the discussion about the truth from different themes. In this work, reflections on the truth, its communication, its problems and its implications will be developed, from Justin’s ideas and vision on this topic.

These different paths reveal a specialization of knowledge, which can nevertheless be seen as a perspective not trascending the uni-discipline approach. As many have already remarked, social reality is multi-dimensional; but research endeavours do not always appropriately satisfy that condition when a problem is raised. This paper aims at setting up questions and at going forward in giving proper consideration from a better intellectual division of labour to the main problems of underdevelopment in our society.

After the reform of the Private Pension System (PPS) and the repeal of obligatory contribution by inde-pendent workers to SPP, the debate on the pension system has focused on a comprehensive reform of it. One of the points at issue is the level of profitability which has filed the pension funds administered by the Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) since its incep-tion (1993), some analysts use the nominal returns (excluding commissions charged by AFP) published by the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance (SBS), and others use the corrected nominal returns (by including commissions).The article estimates the average annual net commis-sions nominal return over a period of 20 years (1994-2013) to determine whether the return on pension funds has been higher than other savings options in the financial system, and based on that formulate public policies.
