Rising electricity prices, concerns about climate change, independence and energy security drive the shift from the global lighting market to more energy-efficient light sources. Lighting, according to estimates by the International Energy Agency (IEA), accounts for almost 20% of the world's electricity consumption. In Peru, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, approximately 35% of primary energy (after processing and / or discounting losses) is destined to electricity generation, which presents important consumption in lighting: Residential Sector 15 % to 30%, Commercial sector approx. 33%, Public sector approx. 24% and industrial sector 10% to 15%. When a debate revolves around the digital transition of Latin America, it is a mayor challenge to establish a real period of time for its solidification. This emptiness and far away feeling isn’t different when boarding the subject in the Venezuelan reality, since there are almost no strategies for the development of a digital development in a communications oriented field, especially in the audiovisual field, were external factors can be considered in the same manner as the uniqueness and challenges of the country in this process, witch will clearly show how our countries works, waiting for the last moment to confront an even more tangible reality and with an even more variety of challenges that must be taken with seriousness and a glocal perspective.

The exploitation of hydrocarbons in Peru began in 1863, in a context in which environmental regulation was nonexistent; As a consequence, the generation of environmental passives derived from this activity was abundant. The forced expropriation has been, since the origins of the Peruvian Republic, a useful mechanism for the Government to meet its objectives, at the expense of the lawful damage inflicted to the private actors, conferring a fair compensation in return.In this article the current Peruvian legal regime of forced expropriation is studied, for which purpose both authors compare it with the regulation in the earliest Peruvian constitutions and laws, discovering that the concept has not always been designed in the same way by the constituent or the legislator.

Uno de los grandes retos de la agricultura moderna es la falta de eficiencia de las técnicas de cultivo frente al aumento de la población mundial. Diversas estrategias se han puesto en marcha con el finde abordar esta situación problemática, incluido el Internet de las Cosas (IoT), en busca de mejorar la calidad de los cultivos y desarrollar métodos para el cultivo agrícola más rentable. El presente estudio realizo un análisis exhaustivo y metodológico de 50 artículos científicos publicados entre el 2020 y el 2025. Los objetivos planteados buscan determinar las principales aplicaciones de IoT en la agricultura, categorizar los de sensores más utilizados en el cultivo agrícola, examinar los protocolos de comunicación e identificar las políticas de seguridad implementadas en las aplicaciones de agricultura de precisión.

In this paper, we will try to ask about the relationship between the new social and political logics that took place in the early twenty first century in Argentina and its ways of re translation into concrete educational practices performed by teachers at school. In order to reach this, we proposed a critical hermeneutic approach based on the telling of some experiences and participant observations of many different actors and, also, from the universe of the practices that, throughout the contributions of critical authors, let us identify some underlying meanings regarding particular ways of management at school. In few words, we were interested in try to link the educational processes that took place throughout the recent history at schools and its changes deployed in that specific, complex, social and political context.

One of the most popularized treatments required by patients is the dental bleaching; this procedure has fairly predictable results, easy to perform, noninvasive, but is one of the procedures that the profesional has more doubts to do it, sometimes we make use of techniques and procedures that lack scientific support and lead to unsatisfactory results. This article presents a literature review and is performed a sequence that can guide the professional for proper protocol in the dental bleaching in different clinical situations. It is essential to make a correct diagnosis, not only when dental whitening procedures but in any proceedings, as well as to offer an approach from various perspectives interrelating the various specialties of dentistry in order to achieve the best possible results.
