Behavior-based safety programs are applied with the aim of reinforcing the level of safety at work, but if it is done by complying with a number of observations of safe behavior established in the goal of the month in the workplace, it generates in workers who only comply with safety while being observed or that observers report behaviors that they did not really see; consequently, accidents with workers continue and even worse with fatal cases, observers stop believing in the safety program they are using and management comes to believe that with a greater number of observations it is possible to correct unsafe behaviors; therefore, the results of the program are not achieved over time. Sobre la base de un estudio cualitativo realizado el año 2019, en el presente documento se incluyen algunos resultados obtenidos en 12 instituciones educativas rurales multigrado de Cajamarca, Loreto y Piura. Los resultados se agrupan alrededor de seis aspectos centrales de las prácticas pedagógicas: planificación, actividades de enseñanza, interacciones y retroalimentación, estrategias de atención indirecta, evaluación y saberes culturales. Alrededor de cada aspecto se identifican las principales dificultades y se brindan algunas recomendaciones. Este documento busca contribuir a una mejor comprensión de las prácticas pedagógicas en aulas rurales multigrado y al diseño de programas profesionales de desarrollo docente. Confiamos en que será relevante para el trabajo con docentes durante su formación inicial y su desarrollo profesional.

The question is: How to act in a word ruled by a “meritocracy” where the success is defined by profit and money and not for solidarity and cooperation? We are led to believe that our human “essence” is related to compete among ourselves, even though the neo-liberal mentality leads us to the failure. While in such countries where an alternative system is constructed, the socioeconomic inequality decreases, thanks to a genuine cooperation among the countries. Also, in these societies (with less socioeconomic inequality) it is expressed a higher level of happiness with less health, education problems, or any other nature. In this paper, the author explores the discussion surrounding the validity of asymmetric arbitration agreements and examines the bases for their treatment in Peru. In several jurisdictions, these agreements are considered as an expression of the contractual freedom of the parties that allows them to design the means to solve their controversies. Chronic wounds are a serious health problem because they do not follow a normal healing process and take a long time to heal. Monitoring the evolution of the wound is vital to evaluate the current treatment and determine the need for a different approach. Traditionally, this assessment is based on manual measurements and visual observation, which can be subjective and non-quantitative, leading to uncertainty in patient follow-up. This thesis proposes to leverage color and thermal imaging from cameras embedded in a smartphone to provide a non-invasive tool for wound assessment.
