El propósito de este estudio es presentar la evaluación de Análisis de Ciclo de Vida realizada a la Planta de Tratamiento Chen Chen ubicada en la ciudad de Moquegua. Dicha evaluación responde tanto al ámbito de eficiencia operativa como a los impactos ambientales que produce cada m³ de agua. Además, mediante el apoyo de una herramienta cualitativa, la entrevista, busca conocer la perspectiva de los usuarios sobre la calidad del sistema de agua proveído por la Empresa Prestadora de Servicios Moquegua. El análisis cuantitativo realizado considera una parte general de la fase de construcción y de manera detallada la fase de operación de la empresa. We analyzed papers published by researchers from Latin American and from Spain and Portugal (Ibero-America) in the last three years, in the field of public opinion. This study identified topics of interest and principal research techniques. We used qualitative analysis program NVivo11 in the analysis of the findings. As a result, it can be highlighted the predominance of investigation on digital communication, centrally on the digital social network, particularly on Twitter.

The Internet and social networks have become the most attractive and accessible information channel for young people. Objectives. Examine the behavior of university students when facing fake news and their opinion on this phenomenon. Methodology. Semi-open surveys conducted mainly for Journalism students from the University of the Basque Country. In a second phase, the study was extended to students from other areas of knowledge. Results. Online media use is commonplace for university students and a high percentage of them confess to have been fooled by fake news on at least one occasion. Conclusions and discussion. The students consider they have a high rate of alert when facing fake news. There are some differences, according to the area of knowledge, of the subjects that they consider more invaded by the fake news.

In the context of an information and knowledge society in which technological development is moving ahead at a staggering speed, probing the sense of sufficiency in the graduates active in the field of work is presented as an imperative need for the profession´s improvement and its teaching. The objective of this study is to determine the journalistic perception about university education and the satisfaction level of journalists with their university education, including aspects of technical, theoretical and practical management. This article studies the effectiveness of websites of Chilean deputies as a communication tool. Researchers conduct a content analysis of the entire website of parliamentarians at two moments: 2015 and 2018. A first fact is that only half of the deputies have a website, rejecting its potential as a communication tool for citizens. In addition, none of the 129 websites analyzed, 66 in 2015 and 63 in 2018, is effective in terms of digital communication, underutilizing the informative and dialogical potential of this tool. The article also provides information about the use of Facebook and Twitter by parliamentarians. In the light of the results, the websites of Chilean deputies are used in the old logic of mass communication that includes a sender and a passive public, contradicting the digital democratization that characterizes the communication of the 21st century.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of a Facebook training program in the virtual communication of university teachers. The importance of the theme developed is based on the fact that at present, for the process of interaction and communication between labor, academic, economic or social communities, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are being used, where all types of information flow through the available technological tools and social networks, and which is selected by the users, according to the stakeholder to which they belong; one of them is Facebook. In the current context, characterized by low attention rates, the saturation of messages and multi-screen consumption, content has become a distinctive and valuable element to connect with audiences. Communication research in times of epidemics and pandemics is an important factor in prevention, treatment and recovery. The study presented analyzes the behavior of communication research about epidemics and pandemics through the scientific production registered in the Scopus database. Indicators are used to assess general publication trends at the country, institutional, author, journal and article level. The prevailing themes and their evolution over time are examined, as well as the evolution in the groups and associated research fronts. The results show a trend towards the growth of publications with a higher concentration in 2020.
