The study aimed to determine the relationship between accountability and citizen participation in the district of Contamana, 2025. This was a basic research study, with a quantitative approach, a descriptive correlational level, and a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 379 residents, who were surveyed as a data collection instrument. The results showed that accountability in the district was rated as average, with a score of 32%. This is explained by the fact that the majority of residents believe that the municipality almost always reports the results of its management in a clear and understandable manner. However, only occasionally is the municipality's financial and budgetary information published in a manner accessible to citizens. La presente investigación analiza la comunicación de crisis implementada por Repsol tras el derrame de petróleo de la 'Refinería La Pampilla', ocurrido en enero de 2022 en Ventanilla, Callao. Desde el enfoque de la Comunicación para el Desarrollo, se parte de la premisa de que toda crisis, como una emergencia ambiental, exige una respuesta comunicacional empática, participativa y dialogante, como base del desarrollo sostenible. This research will seek the relationship between the effect of COVID-19 and the supply chain's disruption, delimiting the target population as the citizens of Metropolitan Lima. We will work with a sample of 100 surveys to workers who meet the requirement of 3 years working in the confection sector. The data collected will be processed and examined using Minitab Version 20.3, so the reliability and validity of the data obtained will be reviewed. Based on the results, a correlation between the dimensions of cost, sales and production in the supply chain and the severity of COVID-19 was observed, a statement supported numerically. The results of the research show how much a health phenomenon can directly impact a supply chain causing a disruption in small and micro confection companies.

The objective of this research is to optimize the communication and interaction between members of educational institutions, using a mobile application to improve service quality of the institution. By using the database with the information collected by the institution, as an important source for the integration and collection of education sector information, each institution is considered as an entity; it could be said that all the people who interact with it are the population, which needs to be connected and communicated with each other to subsist. Based on the exposed premises, a mobile application is designed to gather all users that interact with the same institution in a single platform. Thus, users are connected and communicated with each other by determining specific roles, which will have specific functions enabled for each type of user.

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the American Heart Association (AHA)issued new guidelines for the prevention, detection, evaluation and management of hypertension in the adult based on a comprehensive systematic review of the existing literature by an expert review committee in 2017. In the ACC/AHA definitions, arterial hypertension is divided into stage 1 (systolic blood pressure (SBP) 130-139 mm Hg) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 80-89 mm Hg) and stage 2 (SBP ≥ 140 mm Hg and DBP ≥ 90 mm Hg).
