In this research, I will study the international and constitutional provisions specific to Amerindian people, located in the countries of the ancient Inca Empire and Amazon region. In the time of the Incas, the Arawak, the Taino and the Caribs, it was impossible to separate health, science and knowledge from religion. Communication played an important role. With the Conquest and colonial times, there were transmissions of diseases between the New and Old World. The first legislation on behalf of Indians was already concerned with health and communication. One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the strengthening of the relationship between the public and organizations on the internet. For some time, changes were expected to occur in the digital environment, especially regarding the inclusion of people with disabilities. This study aims to assess how the intensification of forms of digital interaction during the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the use of accessible modes of communication with people with digital sensory management disabilities. While taking as our object the Facebook page of Burger King Brasil, we have turned our attention to similarities and dissonances between the forms of communication on social networks before (2019) and during the pandemic (2021). Objectives: To study the knowledge abilities and access characteristics to the Internet in undergraduate medical students from a Peruvian University. Methods: Development and application of a questionnaire to medical students, report of the results and nested case-control analysis of data to identify variables related to the ability to surf the Internet. Results: The students enter the Internet mainly from home. The most visited websites were those from web mail services and entertainment sites. En la presente intervención de enfoque sistémico, se aborda la situación de una pareja unida por matrimonio civil y religioso, con cinco años de relación. El esposo, de 40 años, y la esposa, de 36, han mantenido respeto y aprecio mutuo, aunque no tienen hijos. Desde hace un año, la confianza y el diálogo se han deteriorado por dificultades comunicativas y la sospecha de una infidelidad, expresada por la esposa, a quien llamaremos Amparo. Ella sostiene que su esposo, Raúl, fue infiel como forma de escape ante la rutina y los conflictos previos. Uno de los elementos definitorios de la diversidad cultural es el idioma, asumido por el Estado peruano (Lamadrid, 2018, p. 325) como criterio determinante para identificar y reconocer a los pueblos indígenas. En el país, además del castellano, se utilizan como medio de comunicación cuarenta y ocho (48) lenguas indígenas u originarias, cuatro (4) son andinas y cuarenta y cuatro (44) amazónicas. El quechua y el ashaninka son las lenguas, andina y amazónica, respectivamente, más usadas; la primera con más de 3 millones de hablantes y la segunda con más de 50 mil hablantes; al ser minoritarias con respecto al castellano se encuentran en gran medida subordinadas a este, que constituye el idioma dominante (Ministerio de Educación, 2013, p. 22).

This article to analyzing three concepts related to the digital divide: access, use, and appropriation. Seeks to place her analysis in a broader context than the one defined by the technological infrastructure, taking her thoughts to the social and cultural environment. For these purpose, she first finds what circumstances are the ones that bring to life the information society and its insertion in Latin America paradigms. Then she analyzes the concepts mentioned before and pose the need to do an education on a digital culture that takes into account the educational, cognitive and socioeconomics elements that define it.

This text analyzes the appropriation of digital devices by rural teachers that installs a certain historical trajectory of the school as an intervener status in the digitization of education. In this paper we present an audit IEEE 802.11x networks to check how secure these networks are for use in the home and office, will be used for this purpose free software Linux with aircrack suite, tests were done for the 2 encryptions WEP and WPA these popular encryptions for security in wireless networks, also show different forms to develop attacks for example denial of service sniffers, fake authentication, etc. The dictionary attack is the most popular and will be the starting point for the audit, but it is important also to mention other equally effective methods to develop this attack.
