The objective of this study is to present a systematic review of literature produced in Brazil on the Mediated Learning Experience (MLE) by teachers in basic education. The review considers studies by Reuven Feuerstein between 2000 and 2020 in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Four databases, namely VHL, SciELO, Capes, and Pepsic were searched using the following descriptors: Aprendizagem Mediada, Mediação, Mediação Docente, Professor Mediador, Pedagogia e Mediação, Aprendizaje Mediado, Mediación, Mediación Docente, Maestro Mediador, Pedagogía y mediación Feuerstein, Mediated Learning Experience, Mediated Learning, and Modificabilidade. The interrelationship between the modern processes of urbanization and mediatization is a sociocultural key of Latin America in the 21st century. The mediatization of everyday life, expressed herein through the consumption of television, crosses different urban spaces: megalopolises, large cities, medium-sized cities and small towns. Understanding the immune response to infection or vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 has become a key objective for the understanding of the disease, its progression, and protection against future infections or possible new variants that may emerge of the virus. The aim of the present review is to focus on the relevance of the cellular immune response and to summarize the different methodologies described for the study of this memory T-cell-related response, either after exposure to the virus or vaccination against SARS-CoV-2. For this purpose, cell proliferation assays (CFSE, 3H-thymidine), cell typing methods (flow cytometry), immunological assays based on the measurement of cytokines (ELISA, ELISPOT, suspension multiplex) and analysis of genes related to cellular immunity by molecular techniques (RT-qPCR or qPCR and sequencing) have been included.

Purpose: The aim of this article is to establish a theoretical-methodological proposal to study discursive interactivity from a multidisciplinary perspective different from the traditional structural and quantitative media research. La tecnología, ahora convertida en mediación cultural, se ha vuelto transversal a la vida de las personas, configurando verdaderos “ecosistemas comunicativos” de la sociedad que posibilitan nuevos espacios de lucha y resistencia cultural y mediática. Es debido al auge de estas nuevas espacialidades que este trabajo se propone un acercamiento a las problemáticas que giran en torno al ejercicio de las nuevas ciudadanías digitales, haciendo especial énfasis en la apropiación tecnológica y las prácticas de activismo mediático como formas de resistencia; para, a partir de ello, presentar un repertorio de herramientas epistemológicas que contribuyan a describir y comprender acciones y experiencias del ejercicio ciudadano en entornos digitales.

As an integral part of the book entitled Death in the Andes and Kantian ethics. Ethical-political ideals of Mario Vargas Llosa and Sendero Luminoso, this text addresses a problem that, posed interrogatively, is stated as follows: "What position would Mario Vargas Llosa adopt before the Kantian ethical formalism and before a moral that, like that of Shinning Path, is, in many ways, its most antagonistic denial?" The working hypothesis, elaborated deductively from the novel Death in the Andes, is that Mario Vargas Llosa shows, through fictional language, a marked predilection for Kantian ethics. However, as in its political ethical ideology, a critical dimension is also applied to the universe from which its convictions originate, we will reflect here on certain hermeneutical keys that will help us to better understand the hypothesis.
